I would give this store 5 stars for all the trips I have made there since they opened, but only 3 now. They changed the lighting, it’s bad. It was nice and boutique like previously but they put in rows and rows of horrible fluorescent ceiling lights that make it feel like Wal Mart. It’s so bad I didn’t even finish my shopping and I’m not returning.

Clean store, great location but with NO customer service I won’t be back anytime soon. The guy at self check didn’t say a word to me or even ask to scan the heavy cases of waters or soda in my basket.

Finally found a nitrate and nitrite free corned beef. Very happy that they have healthy options here! Love their quinoa/kale/blueberry salad in the deli. They have many other healthy lunch meats, hot dogs and other meat.

This new store is awesome. From the fresh sushi and soups when you walk in to the very wide isles. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. This is just what this side of town needs. Well done Tom Thumb you got it right.

This is a scam. The wine sale is a Joke. There is no 30% off in addition to your 10% off of six bottles or more. Sadly I wasted to much time over the last two days trying to figure out my receipt and Tom Thumbs false advertising. I went into the new 5550FM423 Frisco, TX75034 Tom Thumb to purchase some wine that is being advertised in their stores for 10% off six bottles or more plus an additional 30% off $ 20 bottles or more. When I checked out my receipt was not reflecting the correct amount. I went to customer service for a wasted 20 minutes to have three managers try and figure out why the 30% was not reflected. I ended up leaving only to go online and find others who had this problem. When I returned to the store the next morning to return the 10 bottles of wine the manager of the customer service must have just rolled out of bed because he could care less that i was there and he definitely didn’t care why i was returning the wine. I asked for the store manager and when Mr. young arrived I explained that this is false advertising. I showed him my receipt and he didn’t know why the discount was not applied. After doing my research I explained it to him, No where in the store or on the ads in the store does the 30% say off original white sticker price. I took pictures of the banners as well as the labels under the wines just to double check and make sure that i wasn’t missing something. The manager said«well I am not marketing but thank you for sharing.» Well, thank you for letting me waste my time and driving to another chain where service seems to matter. When we tried to email this to the Tom Thumb multiple times we kept getting this error. This is a new location for Tom Thumb, a Safeway Company. I visited it today and enjoyed the trip, but the crowds were a little big. You should not have a problem finding anything you need. This location has everything you could imagine. The bakery had the fresh bread smell and enjoyed the many sampling stations through out the store. From the bakery, sushi, produce, meat market, seafood, wine/beer, and pharmacy. It’s there. Take your time during your first visit. The register area was a little tight. All registers were open and it was crowded with the grand opening event. Shouldn’t be a problem in the future. There were express lanes and self checkout lanes. There is also a Starbucks located on property. Make sure you grab the Tom Thumb rewards card for in store discounts and fuel price breaks.
