The Colony, TX
I’m glad this place reopened again. The sales clerks at this store are outgoing and friendly. They recognize their frequent patrons and are ready to offer suggestions. I wish this place was a little bigger as they are pretty cramped into this space. I come here mainly to purchase their fun leggings and this store had a great selection.

I love this store! I was just on the website trying to get something shipped to this store and the store didn’t come up. It gave me the store in Plano and a store in Denton. Anybody know what’s going on?

This location has improved tremendously. The employees before were rude and very unwelcoming. However, it is not like that anymore. I am greeted each time I walk in, I am made aware or promotions, and asked if I need any help. I love how the range of sizes are more broad and this location always has a nice section of sizes. The prices continue to rise and the quality of the shirts are not the absolute best or worst so that’s a little discouraging All in all I would rather go here than any of the other locations in the Dallas area.

Torrid offers styles for the curvy fashionista. I was glad to discover a store not very far from home once I moved to TX. I’ve been to this location several times to shop and pick up packages (before I earned free shipping).
The ladies that work here have not exactly been very friendly or helpful. I’ve been when the store was empty of other shoppers and very busy (example, last day to use Haute Cash). They really need to do better.
The clothes are not of the highest quality for the prices they charge. I really don’t shop unless there is some type of sale or Haute Cash to spend. What I do like is that they offer pants in ‘short’ lengths. That’s a plus since I’ve never been accused of being tall.
The store is very cramped and tight; not the best shopping experience. It’s even worse when they’re very busy.
It’s located between Staples and Marshalls.
I do hope they get it together and show ALL customers a better level of service.

I love this Torrid! The associates are really sweet and super helpful. The stock and store itself was like most other Torrid stores in that they can only get so much stock in at one time but one of the managers, China, went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. This is definitely my regular Torrid store now, especially since the other ones near Denton do not have a very nice or helpful staff. So go and be fabulous :)

I absolutely love this store and location. All the ladies working there are really sweet and helpful. I love the clothes and the way they look and fit. The clothes wash well too. I highly recommend!

I love Torrid clothes! They have a great style for plus size woman. The staff at this location is very friendly and customer oriented!
If you need a outfit for a date it hanging with friends, come check it out!
