Upgrades Construction

Met Tom Whiteside, the owner, when we decided to have a deck and arbor added to our backyard. Tom came out, looked the area over, and talked options to keep us within our budget. After deciding on a plan Tom and his crew came out and immediately started work on the backyard. Every day that it wasn’t raining, sleeting, or the roads weren’t frozen solid his crew was there working hard. We never felt forgotten. Every single member of his crew was extremely polite and nice. When they were finished with a part of the project and I would come out to see what it looked like they took obvious pride in pointing out specific details that I would not have known to look for. Every question I had Tom would answer, and saw that every worry I had was taken care of. The project went quickly, when the weather cooperated, and turned out beautiful. I am going to use Upgrades Construction again for another project we have decided on. Wonderful service, excellent work.
