Medallion Pools

We recently put in a pool with Medallion and we love it. Wayne and his team were constantly in contact with us and made any changes we requested. Only took 45 days from dig to fill even with rain. He did the pool, patio, fire pit, and awning and it really looks super.
I would highly recommend Medallion Pools.

Absolutely a painful experience! If I could give zero stars I would! We have spent the last month and a half or so buying a home and took several pictures of our beautiful backyard with our crystal sparkling pool. There are pictures of us from the day we moved in swimming.
After the technician came the first time, the pool was a little cloudy but he said it should clear up. He came again 4 days ago and within 2 days our pool went from blue to lagoon green. I was informed that I needed some expensive treatment to bring my pool BACK TO THE CONDITION IT WAS IN WHEN THEY STARTED!
Also, the basket was full the day after the cleaner left and we asked why and were informed that this can happen within 24 hours. Yes, it has been stormy so I guess it COULD be possible, but we had to literally scrape the caked on debris.
My pool looks disgusting but that’s only about 2% of the problem. When I contacted the owner, Wayne, his professionalism was lacking to say the least. I requested a full refund of services not rendered and /​or service so that my pool would at least return to the condition it was in when they started. He blew me off, sent short emails and didn’t /​wouldn’t respond to my calls or my husbands. Furthermore, when I asked him to at least return my condition it was in 2 weeks ago, he accused me of trying to get free pool service. Then the he the audacity to tell me that if I plan on posting any bad reviews I better have a good attorney because he will sue me for slander. Slander by definition is when you make untrue statements. This is absolutely true and I have every email and every dated picture to prove this.
Maybe it’s just me, but sure feels like a scam — turn my pool green then charge me to fix it! We have someone coming out today to check the chlorine levels to make sure that a «chlorine reducer» wasn’t added. Follow up response to come.
