John and «My Coal» and another guy (sorry…i missed his name) were great. My daughter’s Vans tore and they helped her get the issue resolved and helped get her sized properly. Customer service was top notch.

I’ve visited a lot of Vans stores over the years. From SoCal stomping grounds to the great south in Atlanta and even Chicago-Made lands, I’ve seen it all.
The Stonebriar location isn’t as large as some of these other stores, though the tidiness is irrevocably noticeable, and the service is omni-present. The store itself is long and narrow, with a clear separation between the apparel and the shoes. Alex, the Store Manager, is very patient and friendly.
Be sure to park outside of Dick’s Sporting Goods, as this provides easy access into the store. I will definitely be back!
