I don’t eat fast food but hubby brought me a Wendy’s garden salad during a late night work over with Spicy Asian Chile dressing and it was surprisingly yummie! So the other night we were passing this Wendy’s in Little Elm that we’ve never been to, 7 years here and never. The restaurant was clean. It has that going for it. I did notice while standing in line how long it was taking to take each order. Like extremely long. We got our turn and ordered, paid and went to our table. So in all fairness I think the hold up is actually the patrons. They don’t have their minds made up and payment ready. Wake up folks — know what you want, have your cash or credit card out, get off your phones for a few and move on. Hubby asked for FRESH fries. He didn’t get them. I asked for that special dressing I mentioned earlier, they gave me some lemon crap. In summary, you get what you pay for dining fast food. But everyone probably already knows this. I’m just now finding it out since I don’t patronize these places regularly.

Hot fries, hot burgers… What really blew me away was Rebecca the cashier. She made us feel like we were checking into a 5 star hotel. Haven’t been treated this nicely in a while… THANKYOU.

I first want to say that I love wendy’s. Their food is great when done right. Unfortunately this location is horrible at all levels. The people lack any type of motivation and their inability to put any pep in their step is just mind numbing. Ordering even the simplest thing is riddled with mistakes, forget about customizing an order at this location because you will surely be disappointed. I feel like I’ve given this place enough chances to prove themselves but I have decided to never go to this location. The manager seriously needs to be replaced or needs to step up and lay down the law cause this place is out of control. Go to the Wendy’s on preston, they are extremely friendly and actually seem to care about their customers.
