Starbucks

Stopped here as it is the first one off the highway 66 W. It’s also open at 5:30 am.
It’s a beautiful store, clean, well stocked. Bathroom was clean and a changing table is good to see, as a grand parent/​parent.
Friendly baristas and our coffee was awesome!

Often visit this Starbucks on my way to the George Washington National Forest. It’s the last real bathroom you’re going to see for a while if you’re headed out for a hike.
Service is slow, but it’s done with love. I find the staff to be very friendly. Cooler has always been well-​stocked and both the bathrooms and the facility are clean.

I have visited this Starbucks about 5 times. I have decided to leave a review because I have been fairly impressed. They are very welcoming, and make you feel comfortable. The establishment has free wifi, clean bathrooms, and good coffee. They have messed up my order once, but they gave me a large drink free afterwards. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Coffee is usually pretty decent here but they do have difficulties with maintaining consistency. Sometimes the coffee is great other times it is burnt. It is hard to tell what the day will bring until you take your first sip.

Actually quite nice considering its off the interstate in a strip mall in Front Royal, VA. Tastefully decorated with art and dark woodwork, and most importantly comfy leather chairs. Many Starbucks have gotten rid of their comfy chairs, but this location has at least four and a couch.
The wait staff is friendly enough. A little slow to get a single cup of brewed coffee, but they have a drive-​thru that seems to have a steady stream even at 4pm in the afternoon.
Knocking one star off for front of house and professionalism. Customers left crumbs and a mess all over a table and leather chair and in over 30 minutes, no one bothered to clean it. Half-​and-​half ran empty and no one was checking to see if they needed to be filled. Employees (or former employees) obviously come in off-​duty based on the interaction with those working, and one of them made a mess rearranging the chairs and fooling around before her shift and again over 30 minutes later the chairs are all over the place and she’s working behind the counter now. Seems like they’re so focused on the orders that no one is minding the space out front.

I’ve been holding off bc I hate to write bad reviews but this Starbucks is regularly the slowest in the northern shen alley. Been here 20 min waiting for a latte.

Service is hit or miss. Usually, when I go through the drive through, I will get a friendly cashier who asks how I’m doing and is quick to get my drinks to the window. There is often a wait but I don’t get the impression that my drinks were made and left to sit out while I waited in line; they still look fresh (hot, whipped cream still intact, etc). However, if I ask for any sort of customization, I usually have to go back and ask them to fix something.
When I go inside, I usually end up waiting a lot longer and one cashier in particular is (to quote another Unilocaler) surly. She consistently looks miserable and is easily annoyed with customers. I have had to ask the person making drinks to redo things that have been improperly wrung up, which they do without hesitation, but it is never fun to go into a coffee shop for a relaxing visit and feel like I am imposing on the cashier.

Drive thru line was obscenely long and the staff at the window was surly.
We needed to have help with an amazon deal and her manager was definitely friendly, but she, she needs to
go!
Location is pretty close to the highway, but getting back onto the main road requires a weird rotary.
Coffee was the norm, but i’d pick another location when i’m in the area.

SBUX is SBUX. This location had some very friendly staff. Much appreciated!

I love this Starbucks location. Very friendly, they do a great job making drinks, & it’s never too crowded. Convenient location by 66 so you can jump off & back on again easily.

Coffee was better than I expected. It was one of the better sugar free lattes I’ve had at a Starbucks. The line moved so slowly though! They have a drive through which is a plus!

Now I know starbucks is starbucks but this particular locations mocha frappé are just not up to par. The past three times I went tasted more like ice then coffee. I actually try to avoid this location.

I periodically stop in this Starbucks when I am headed out I-​66 West towards the Shenandoah Valley and I-​81 and am in need of a caffeine fix.
Coffe is always dependable and strong. Service has always been good!
