Using the online ordering mechanism, I ordered two entrees, entered my automobile information, name, and cell number, as well as pickup time. I arrived at the restaurant and parked in the«To Go» designated parking space and waited… and waited… ANDWAITED. After 8 minutes, I entered the restaurant and told the host I was there for my order and had been waiting in my car. His reply«Oh, we don’t do that.» Seriously? Every Ruby Tuesday does that, and the Ft Collins store had an Internet mechanism for doing so. His reply: «Oh, you can go to the bar to order.» My reply: «I don’t do THAT.» Idiots!!! The manager must be either asleep or really inexperienced at managing. If you«don’t do that», take it off the fucking website

We went on New Years Day for lunch. They have a wonderful salad bar. We enjoyed a great entrée also. Our waitress was very attentive. We were quite surprised how wonderful everything was! It was a little pricey for lunch but the food and service was so great are did not mind. I would highly recommend.

Horrible service. The waitress was training someone. All I could think was how sorry I felt for the trainee. The food was delicious and served warm. The seating areas were dirty. Had to ask for napkins three times. Forgot one of our drinks and still charged us. The waitress did not even come to apologize or thank us for our visit. Rather, she looked annoyed. Very disappointed. It’s really sad when the customers are more polite than the server.: /2 stars kuz the food was actually good, otherwise I would have given 1.

Great food tonight, but don’t expect to be able to communicate with your fellow diners due to extremely loud music!

Visited with a small group from work over the lunch hour. I suggested the place based on a recent ad and was disappointed that my understanding of the special from the ad was not what was offered at the restaurant. I ordered something else. The manager apologized for the confusion and even came to tell me that he notified corporate so that they would be aware of the issue. It is REALLY nice to know he listened and did something with the feedback. Very rare these days… thank you. Today’s meal: our waitress was a little overwhelmed when we were seated and the manager stepped up to make sure we were waited on promptly. Salad bar is great. Almost everything was very fresh and although small, there was a nice selection. Fries were hot and crispy as I prefer. Burger(one beef and one turkey) were juicy and delicious. The fish dish my friend ordered was well seasoned and well cooked but smaller than pictures made it seem.

Went here for lunch on a $ 50 gift card. Ultimately not impressed from a cost to taste ratio. We ordered soup/salad bar, 2 burgers, chicken tenders and 4 drinks. Before tip, price was nearly $ 60. Simple Drinks alone are a rip off at $ 2.50 or $ 10.00 for a family of four. Daughter loved her broccoli cheddar soup but salad bar left a lot to be desired for nearly $ 10. No wonder families find it harder and harder to eat out off of anything other than a dollar menu.

I decided on Ruby Tuesdays because I was in the mood for the salad bar. I ordered the smokehouse burger with the salad bar. The burger was good, cooked perfect med-well. I brought half home so I could load up at the salad bar, which was better than I was expecting. I like that they put some meat on it. The pumpkin cheesecake was also very good. Service was timely and very friendly. It is a bit pricey for me but I’ll definitely go back.

Meh. People were nice, but the salad bar was limited and wasn’t that good. Not sure I would go there again.

Last night at approximately 7:15 p.m. an elderly man nearly ran my daughter and me over with his truck in front of JCPenney in Fort Collins, Colorado(he actually GUNNED the engine and we barely managed to get out of the way!). He sped across the parking lot to Ruby Tuesdays and when I followed him into the restaurant to confront him, the manager told me to leave because I was disturbing the other«guests»! Never mind the fact that this psycho and his female companion were literally the only ones in the restaurant, plus he was the only one that was raising his voice. What really shocked me was this manager’s complete lack of concern for the fact that my daughter and I had nearly been seriously injured. I wonder if she also asked the cop to leave when he came in a few minutes later? This is one restaurant that I will never go to again, and every review site I can find is going to hear about this. It’s a shame because I have eaten here numerous times and enjoyed the food, although I must admit the service has always been subpar.

Don’t get me wrong. The salad bar is really good AND unlimited. However, the food is VERY subpar. It’s like they don’t have it in their recipes to season the shrimp, steak, lobster, vegetables, etc. My boyfriend ordered the petite filet & lobster tail. The lobster tail showed up 10 minutes after the rest of the meal like she forgot to put in our full order. Needless to say, we were already done eating the rest of our meal. Bad service. The manager didn’t even come over to apologize. I would only go back for lunch to eat the salad. No service required!

We ate here last night to try the place out. We were seated quickly which was a plus. However, the rest of the service was slow after we were seated. Food portion sizes were the smallest I have ever seen in my life. It seemed like this place was for calorie counting weight watchers the way the menu was set up. I ordered the BBQ ‘d chicken and the wife ordered a shrimp and pasta entrée. When it arrived mine was so small it looked like an appetizer. Her’s was so dry she could barely eat it. The salad bar was good but the rest of the experience was flat out horrible. Noticed other people around us also got served small portions and for $ 10-$ 15 a plate I have paid this much up in Estes Park and GOT plenty of food. This place is ridiculous, won’t return or recommend. Far better values for your money at ANY other place period.

My family of three recently visited Ruby Tuesday for an early supper. We were greeted immediately and then seated. We were introduced to our waitress and she immediately took our drink orders and they were delivered to the table quickly. We then placed our orders. I ordered the ribeye steak, dad ordered the pesto mahi mahi and mom ordered a chicken and pasta dish. Dad loved his mahi mahi and mom really liked the chicken pasta. My steak was delicious; however it was cooked medium rather than medium-rare as ordered. Overall, this was a very good dining experience.
