Failed to get IN THE GAME! Walked into the store with my teenage son, we are both dressed in golf attire and are the ONLY customers at the time. I asked for a «swing analysis» inside the hi-​tech virtual golf room, in the hopes of inspiring the kid to take up the sport, and perhaps buy a set of clubs.
You would have thought I had asked to have my blood pressure checked.
After a champion eye-​roll the response I received was «we don’t do swing analysis, we only determine what clubs you need based on your swing.» (HUH?)
This was a classic lesson in how to FAIL business 101, how NOT to connect with the customer and how to take the only chance you have to make a sale and DRIVE it away. SWING AND A MISS…

Recently worked with rory McGrath at this store and was very pleased. Had great insight and was very knowledgable on the sport in general and put me into a club that fit my swing, very pleased and would definitely return to work with people who know the sport like they do!

The staff is always very helpful… but they swear if you didn’t buy your clubs from them (I got my Callaway Razr iron set on ebay for $ 200 less than Edwin Watts sells them for) that they’re counterfeit. The staff is biased towards they’re store to some degree. I brought the clubs into the store so they could verify their authenticity. Upon inspection by the staff, they were indeed authentic Callaway Razr irons (of course, I already knew that, I just wanted to prove my point). My advice: Go into Edwin Watts to try out and swing clubs that you’re interested in, but definitely research prices on ebay before paying full price at Edwin Watts.

Went to get a club fitting for a new driver and the salesperson misrepresented the product to me as being new, when it was actually a demo club. I was upset when I got home and noticed that the grip was nearly worn off already when I had not even used the club yet. I did not expect to have to inspect the club before buying it just to make sure I was getting a new product… I brought it back and demanded they exchange it for a brand new club like I asked for. They did. So I give them 2 stars instead of one. I don’t ever plan on going back there.
