Arthur was really great! My husband and I were looking for a new bed. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find a great bed. We got free delivery, two pillows, and bed covers. They also had 3 years no interest which was great. We went to a few places to shop for a bed and this was by far the best place we went to!

I order a mattress from this company/​Location last year and the mattress started to give me back problems. I sttoped by the store to talked to the manager and ask that the mattress be exchanged. He asked me to filled ouy some paperwork that a customer service rep. will be contacting me for an inspection of the mattress.
This was this past January… IM STILL WAITING!!!
I would not refer OR recommend this mattress company to anyone!!!
I think they are selling refurbished mattresses not new mattresses.
$ 600.00 and my time wasted.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Winston at this location. He was friendly, personable, professional, and not overbearing. Winston took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the difference between each mattress we showed interest in. When it came time for the purchase, he was very diligent and didn’t rush us through it.
As for the delivery, five stars as well! It was the very next day and it was before our expected time slot, which Winston warned us could happen. The delivery men where very professional and polite. They wore booties on their shoes so as to not dirty up the carpets. Thank you!
Overall the whole experience was stress free and enjoyable. I recommend this location for it’s excellent customer service from Winston.
