I’m out of town and lost a contact. The Vision Works team here is on it! They reached out to my home store and provided me with a trial pair. In addition, they cleaned and repaired my glasses while I waited. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!

I had nothing but a great experience. Angela helped me narrow my frame choice. She was very personable and friendly. She has many years of experience in the business and it showed. Jennae did the final fitting and was very personable also. I would definitely go back and also would recommend this Visionworks to my friends.

I have had the worst experience in this store. I ordered a pair of glasses and they came back looking like they didn’t fit in the frames. I said something to them about it but they didn’t seem to care and I was going out of town so I had to deal with it since I had just lost my own glasses. I overheard a lady and the manager(named Miles) talking and the women accused the kid manager Miles of being unprofessional and rude and I didn’t really tune in– however my glasses(after 2 weeks) started to make a bubble like formation in the lens and I couldn’t see well at all so I brought them back.(now mind you I complained about the NEWGLASSES seeming blurry right after I received them– but they told me to give my eyes time to adjust) But that’s another story— So… They fixed the bubbled up lens(another friendly lady that day) and I picked them up. Then about a month and half later the same lens started peeling. Now mind you I am over 35 years old and having been wearing glasses since 6th grade– and have never had this issue~ however when I brought them back the Manager Miles accused me of scratching the lens by cleaning it with the cloth that comes with glasses. I kid you not. He asked me what I cleaned then with and I told him and he blamed that. He was looking for any reason to blame me. I told him I am certain that it wasn’t that because this happened before to the same lens. He actually kept arguing until I had to finally say«Listen, I had this happen before, and I don’t have time to argue so what are you going to do about it?» He acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor by fixing their cheap faulty lenses. As I was waiting for him to look at my file before he agreed, a lady customer asked him what the letters stood for on a pair of glasses and then she asked if it was the brand name, he said yes and she said oh okay– then he said Yea its okay(but in a real sarcastic tone as if to say yeah dumb ass that’s what is is) and I couldn’t believe the attitude of this kid! Miles the Manager of the Vision Works store is sarcastic and unprofessional and he tries to hide it when the people that work with him are around but as soon as they leave he acts like a little spoiled brat! Hes about 26 years old and I think he thinks hes a big shot because he’s managing or something. All I know is I will NEVER shop there or do any business with VISIONWORKS. I am leaving out the larger story and everything rude he said to me because you get the main idea. Crappy service, very crappy quality lenses and VERY expensive for that crap! NEVERGOTHEREORSHOPTHERE. They use bad materials and have a bad manager and glasses maker there. Horrible!!!

It’s been a while since I been here but now have the chance to Unilocal about this place. I am amazed that they can maintain a license to fill eyeglass prescriptions I think my 7 year old grandson couldn’t do any worst. I had made 2 pairs of glasses at the same time the sunglasses the lens had a chip missing at the top of the lens. the regular glasses had a gouge about a half in long right in the middle on one lens and the other lens looked like you were looking at one of those fun house mirrors. I brought them back within 15 minutes and I was first accused of me doing all those damages. I then pointed out the fact that it’s only been 15 minutes and I am a grown man and how in the world could I make a lens distort. After going back and forth with this they agreed to take care of the problem but had to send out to have my glasses done from another store since the person who did them at that store simply did not have the ability to make a pair of glasses while not damaging them.

Dr. Kathryn Alvaro-Estevez and the staff at Vision Works are Amazing. Super nice and extremely friendly! Their selection is also very good and they take most insurance. I’m very happy with my exam and glasses!
