Ruby Tuesday

Good salad bar better than most. Friendly service, whenever I am need of my salad fix this where I head!

I expect consistency from a chain restaurant. Not the case here. Shrimp over seasoned, hamburgers greasy and undercooked. French fries cold and limp. Pass this one by.

First you have to take into account the location.
The salad bar was lacking. There were quite a few items which were empty…
The shredded cheese never was filled during our visit.
I ordered the chicken bourbon BBQ or something.
It was extremely depressing.
I have never seen a chicken breast so small.
The onion rings were just hideous.
Our server was pretty good and she scored the place its three stars.
The food would have given them a solid one star.

I ate here a while back and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays. Normally RTs meals go off without major hitches, but this was definitely an outlier. I ordered an entrée with a side of lobster Mac, and pointed to the side on the menu when I ordered. A few minutes later the waiter came out and informed me that they were out of my entrée (with no apology), so I ordered another. Ok fine. When the bill came however, I was charged for BOTH entrees plus an entrée (not side) of lobster Mac. When I pointed it out to the waiter he said he was able to take off the first entrée (duh, because they didn’t serve it to me), but the second entrée wasn’t eligible for a side of lobster Mac since that was a special only for the first entrée. Hello, you should have told me that when I was forced to change my order due to the fact that y’all were out of the first entrée. No apologies, no nothing. When I asked to see the manager, he was like «that’s right, you were served an entrée of lobster Mac.»
I didn’t come here to pay for three entrees, and I haven’t returned since that night.

Food good, seems to always take awhile to receive our order… if you generally like Ruby Tuesday’s this one is better than most. You will not be disappointed. Clean … and friendly service!

We have eaten here many times taking our girls to Camp Skyline. We have found the salad bar to be fresh and well stocked. The food is what you would expect, good not great.

Hadn’t been to one in a really long time. The food’s okay, per my memory, but the expanded menu is great. Now, if they could just update their interiors, we’d be all set. The service is always better there than at similar chains too.

Nice food for a reasonable price. Good service. What’s not to like?

This is one of the better Ruby Tuesdays I have been to recently. The service better than most. The server we had was Casey and she was great!

decent is the only word to describe it. the food was fairly good and the salad bar as well, but the service was very unprofessional. I am a fan of ruby tuesdays but this one always seems to disappoint.

This is pretty much like any Ruby Tuesday restaurant you might encounter in your travels. Since the Santa Fe Steakhouse opened next door, you became much more likely to get a good seat in Ruby Tuesdays. My wife and I usually go here for a romantic night out in Fort Payne. Really liking the upscale décor change they made last year. My daughter refers to this as the «salad place» because of the excellent salad bar.

Same as all the Ruby Tuesdays but this one was a little on the messy side.
