I love Panera. Not this location. It is rundown. The chairs have tears in them. The booth that we were in had a sink hole in the cushion. The bathrooms were atrocious. I am pretty sure this Jefferson Pointe location hasn’t been updated or maintained since it originally opened. The food was carelessly thrown together and my salad barely had any dressing. The other Fort Wayne locations are much nicer with better food.

Nothing special here. Its your chain café, Panera. Baked goods are decent. Overall, food disappoints. Over breaded sandwiches, processed soups, mediocre coffee drinks. This location is usually pretty busy. I had a horrible ham, egg and cheese«power sandwich». Tasted like dogshit… soggy bread. Should have got my coffee from starbucks and a mcdonalds breakfast sandwich. Will avoid panera as much as possible.

I have been to this location many times and have never been disappointed but my most recent visit this evening went above and beyond and that’s why I want to write this review. My young daughter(21 mos) and I went this evening for dinner and we split a sandwich and soup. Upon our order being ready, the young man behind the counter offered us a yogurt for my daughter. That was very nice and unexpected. She loves it. After our meal was finished we went back to the counter to buy a cookie. The wonderful lady at the counter said she was so cute that the cookie was in her! I was taken back. I told her that wasn’t necessary but her and that young guy both agreed. They talked with my daughter and she said thank you to them for the cookie. As we left, another employee held the door for us as I left with my stroller. And everyone said bye! It was a very pleasant experience and everyone was wonderful. Thanks.

The staff are ridiculous, if you can’t get me something tell me, don’t give me something else and hope I don’t notice.

I’ve eaten at is location several times in the past week and it has been fabulous every time. The staff has been friendly and the restaurant has been reasonably clean. I only say«reasonably» because I visited during lunch and dinner time. They were very busy, but I saw staff members cleaning tables and cleaning around folks as they could.

Prices are expensive, but so is every place like this so that is to be expected. All I got was the apple muffin, but it was amazing. It is one of the best muffins I’ve ever had. The place was somewhat clean, but not perfect. It is a nice place to eat, relax and to bring your computer. The staff was very friendly.

I love bread so it’s easy to love Panera. But I will never visit here for lunch again. It was beyond packed and a long wait so I know it can be difficult to keep your head above water but I’ve been here during other times in the day and the staff is not pleasant. This team should arrange a meet-and-greet with Chipotle on the other side of the shopping center and take notes. Both places are dealing with the same demographic so that makes me feel like Panera just needs a good coaching session! And what happened to Panera offering multiple side dish options, one of the choices being an apple. Disappointed that they just give a piece of bread. A side of bread doesn’t make sense if you are ordering a sandwich or bread bowl.

Compared to other Paneras, this location is always too busy being a part of the mall. Food is always consistent though, just be ready to strategize on a table!

Decent food, although it is expensive and often so busy it is annoying. They do have free Wifi and I find myself here often for working lunches.

Large Panera Bread with plentiful seating, including some outdoor tables. Free Wi-Fi. This is right in the Jefferson Pointe outdoor shopping plaza, near Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They give you a buzzer so you know when your order is ready. My only gripe is that service seems rushed at lunchtime; they got my soup order wrong, and it was so busy I didn’t bother to complain. Lots of women with strollers around.

Imagine every Panera you’ve ever been to. This one is just the same, but a little faster at service and they have nice outdoor seating. Our food was exactly as expected. Their corn chowder wasn’t very good.
