Alpine Contracting

I met Mitch the summer of 2014 and this review is way overdue. I remember to Unilocal every time someone mentions how cute my house looks. I am so pleased with the work of my paint job and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mitch was professional and accommodating with my time and availability. I had some crazy ideas with the color of purple and steel grey and it came out beautiful. I had chosen a bright yellow chiffon paint with steel grey trim and plum accents with a grey composite. I smile every time I come home looking at how beautiful all the colors complement each other. Mitch was neat and paid attention to detail-​I cannot find a drip or a hole not covered. My resale just went up with a simple, professional and beautiful paint job. Now I want to call him to paint my garage and maybe my new storage shed. Go to him, you won’t be sorry.

Just used Mitch again for my new place. Again super satisfied! It wasn’t a big project but enough to give me a headache :) he came and completed both items in less than an hour… even told me about a problem that I didn’t think of, and he fixed it. Thank goodness!!! Will Def use him again! Thanks!

Mitch with Alpine Contracting is a great contractor. When my clients need work done before selling their home, we call Mitch. He provides great work at honest prices, something that both home buyers and sellers appreciate. It is hard to find a contractor that lives up to my expectations (I spent 5 years managing mainly; clean-​rooms, medical laboratories, and high-​tech fabrication plants), but Mitch has always come through for my clients.

This review is long overdue…
About a year ago, I started looking for a credible painter to have the exterior of parents’ home painted. Browsing Unilocal,I had a list of roughly seven painters/​contractors to get estimates from. After reaching out to the seven, three never returned my message, three returned my call after 1 – 2 weeks, and one surprisingly answered my call. The contractor who answered was Mitch of Alpine Contracting which made a very good first impression. Upon speaking to Mitch, I realized how detailed he was, from explaining the actual painting process to what he was actually going to do. After discussing the project with Mitch for about 10 – 15 minutes, we scheduled a date for him to come out to browse the property. He came out, inspected the property, and provided a bid. I noted his bid and kept him in mind because I wanted to get bids from other contractors, as well. Fast forward about 3 weeks, I had four contractors come out to provide bids (including Mitch). At the end of the day, I decided to choose Mitch not only due to his very reasonably priced bid (lower to mid of the bid range), but because of how detailed he was in explaining which really put me at ease. The end result of my parents’ came out very nicely within a quick time frame.
FYI, Mitch is a general contractor. Feel free to ask him about other housing projects, as well.

If you need any work done on your home — call Mitchell. I was referred to Mitchell by my realtor and it was the best referral I received during my move. The quality of work starts when you meet with him to discuss your project and continues through the final cleaning & walk through.
Throughout the project Mitch offered advice, took time to ensure he understood my needs and delivered as promised. His crew is professional and delivered excellent work. This group didn’t simply do the minimum but consistently went above & beyond. If there was any feedback from us, they took it and worked to make it happen.
I recognize I can be demanding and expect the best — Mitchell and his team exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work. As importantly, we enjoyed working with him and his team. For future work, our first call will be to Alpine Contracting and Mitchell!
