Eric came to fix my air conditioning unit on short notice and did a fantastic job! He was very careful to explain everything and was able to get my AC back in working condition in no time. His rates were extremely fair, but more importantly he was upfront, honest and knowledgeable.

What an awesome business owner. I desperately called Eric looking for a replacement part for my AC, a hard to find part that is impossible to get on Sunday! Eric had the part on his truck and didn’t hassle me for any business, sold it to me for reasonable market value. All other companies would not sell to me without charging an arm and a leg to do the 15 minute replacement. Eric gave me tips and made sure I knew what I was doing. He was all about «taking care of people» and not just to make a buck. Hard to find great business owners like Eric, superstar!!!

I would give Eric 10 stars if I could! He was professional, thorough and honest. He showed up when I was getting an estimate from someone else for the whole 9 yards — units were too old to fix, I needed a new unit, furnace, etc. Eric just went about looking at everything and got my a/c up and running at no charge! His only recommendation was for a fan motor. I know that whatever he charges will be a fair and honest price. I highly recommend him!

Definitely glad I called Eric. My A/C needed repair and Eric was able to come and fix it even when he was under the weather (he came to our rescue).
He is an honest guy and even showed me how to fix the issue so I don’t need to call a repairman. But if I do need to use one, I will definitely call Eric.

An answer to prayer… especially when most of us know how many unethical companies are out there. Eric was recommended by a network of other honest repair persons, and after talking with him on the phone, I knew he was one who deserved the top reviews.
He proved it as he worked on my air conditioner and confirmed what I had already determined was the problem through online troubleshooting. I could see that he loves problem-solving and fixing things, and his knowledge, experience, and skill were evident.
He fixed the problem, and the bill was very reasonable and competitive (to other quotes), but more than that it was the peace of mind knowing that you can trust him fully. And… he is highly personable and real, to boot :)
