Dr. Rafalski is the best optometrist in Southern California. When he left Costco in Burbank to start his own practice at the Costco in Fullerton, I drive the longer drive because he’s INCREDIBLE. He is thorough, patient and gives you the time to answer questions you may have. Don’t feel rushed or like I’m an inconvenience like other places. Fantastic service!
