I love these guys!
The Good:
— They now have extended their hours and open at 7am most days with great service
— Free tire rotations included
— Free air pressure checks included
— Free road hazard coverage included
The Bad:
— They no longer carry BF Goodrich All Terrain KO’s :-(

I pre-​ordered my tires online through Costco and got an e-​mail that they arrived, 1 day past the estimated delivery date. I rolled in on a Tuesday morning around 9:15 am, got gas, and then had all 4 tires installed by 10:30 am.
Being open at 7:00 am on weekdays is a big plus. Just would be nice to have somebody at the counter at all times. At drop off and pick up, I had to wait 2 – 5 minutes at the counter hoping somebody would come over from the shop side.

Bunch of incompetents working here.
Paid for 2 tires and made an appointment to get them installed. When i get there, Renee at the tire center says he can’t install only 2 tires, I have to buy 4 tires, because it is an all wheel drive. Told him I just bought 2 new tires from the same place a month ago. The manager Ed is nowhere to be found.
Mismanaged, can’t seem to get their act together.
Never again at this place.

I’ve purchased tires from this location for my other jeep. I like this location for tire service because there’s other things to do to kill time (besides wandering the Costco for 2 hours). Nearby there’s ToysRUs, Vietnamese/​Chinese restaurants, and behind the Costco there’s the AMC Movie Theater where you can definitely kill 2 hours watching a movie. (Remember to go inside Costco to buy your discount movie vouchers).
Unfortuantely for this visit, they didn’t carry my tires. Rene tried calling Bridgestone to order more tires but they were out of stock. I’m wondering if he could have checked inventory for another store? Oh well, moot point now.
Minus one star because of the long wait, regardless of what you need done. There’s got to be a better way than first come, first serve? Once, I arrived before the store opened, and my wait time was still over an hour because I was 3rd in line.

I bought tires here for a couple cars and recently came here to fill them both up with air, the air machine here is cool, because they set the pressure and then it beeps when the tires are at the right level– very nice. You do the fill up, so there is no wait time, you just pull in front of the first bay, closest to the walk in door and they will set the air machine for you.
