D’Vine was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Fullerton. WOW! We were so pleasantly surprised with the taste, quality, and presentation of the food! The lamb was not over done and the hummus is to die for! Whitney was our server and she was so very friendly and attentive to us! Don’t hesitate to try this place! It has a full bar and a varied menu. The value is great and the ambiance is old world middle eastern. Will be returning very soon to D’Vine! =D

Such a great lunch on a quiet Saturday. Whitney took great care of us and made excellent recommendations. Had Lamb Kabob pita with garlic sauce. Did not even have to request rare, meat came perfect and tender. White cabbage salad was so good, not too vinagary or spicy. Hummus is fresh with a pleasant tahini taste. Soft pita for dipping. Local beers and good wine selection as well as full bar. Topped off with HIGHLY recommended Rice Pudding with rose water. This location is very large with dog friendly patio and good sized private room for special events. Great job setting up this location, warm, traditional and welcoming. THANKYOU!!!

I met a friend here for dinner on a weeknight. It was pretty empty inside when we got there so I was a little skeptical but I’m glad that I had a chance to try their food because I was impressed! The service was also fantastic and our waiter checked up on us very often. The place was very spacious and clean inside. I ordered the chicken shawerma plate and the chicken was cooked well. It was very tasty, juicy, and not dry at all. The mediterranean salad I got as my side was also delicious and I really enjoyed it. They serve complimentary pita chips with a side of olive oil and some dry herb mix. I like that the pita chips were thin and crunchy.

First time here and SUPER disappointed … The food was horrible… so sad money wasted … could not even eat… what a shame… far from healthy. Soaked in oil so much un edible leaving a horrid greasy flavor… chicken Sharma with hummus, just plain terrible … we were shocked the hummus had no flavor … cant even discuss the rest of the meal …just BAD all the way around.

This is my go to restaurant. Absolutely love their food. The garlic sauce is amazing(but dangerous!). I only get the chicken kabob plate with the baba ghanoush. I haven’t tried anything else yet just because I love it so much. It is a bit expensive but so worth it. You will not be disappointed.

I love their location on brea! But let me just say this one is so much nicer. But for some reason the food in Brea is a lot tastier than this one. I was told they make everything the same exact way! The food is delicious and super healthy! I love this place! I got to meet the owner the other day and let me just say he’s such a sweetheart! He was very caring! I really want for this place to succeed! Best of luck to you guys!

My little sister and I went here for our combined birthdays and we were both very satisfied by the end of our meal~ We shared a hummus appetizer which came with fresh, warm pita bread. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the hummus and their pickled garnish was a delicious touch. We both ordered a pita pocket each — lamb and beef — these things are hugely proportioned! Again, the pickled veggies that cut through the creaminess of the sauce, complemented the meats perfectly. Price to proportion ratio was generous as well~ The wait staff was amazing… polite, attentive, friendly… even though we were one of the last to go home. They gave us a complimentary dessert of rice pudding which was very sweet of them. The pudding itself was okay, nothing crazy. As for the space… the interior is amazing, not what I expected from the outside. Two more rooms on either side after entering through the main entrance(both of which were rented out when I was there). The only places to sit was at the bar or the very big tables meant for 6 or so people. Comfortable but felt a bit awkward for just us two. There is also a huge space of outdoor seating, perfect for Californian summers… but beware of smokers and the nearby dumpster. Interesting point: They give you complimentary chips when you’re seated. It’s meant to be dipped in the olive oil and then the spices that the chips come with. So unique and delicious! And very addictive~ Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend to others~

Came here for a weekend lunch with a huge party. We were able to sit outside and the service was really good. Most importantly, food was delicious! Their garlic sauce(super garlicky in a good way), lamb kabab, rice, hummus and beet salads were just yum. The chips that came before the main course(complimentary) were really good too. The only thing was that their meat for beef kabab were a little inconsistent(for example, some of my friends had the exact same orders but one had medium and others had medium well). It didn’t bothered me that much though, and I would still recommend this place. Easy/free parking on site!

As an American, I don’t eat much Mediterranean food. Occasionally hummus and shrimp sound good. My wife and I have been here 3 or 4 times. Each time has been relatively the same. Service is good and friendly. Atmosphere is nice, but seems… big, as in bigger than maybe it should be. Food is honestly really good. Meats and seafoods are well seasoned. Pita and hummus are really, really good. The negative side to the food is that the plates seem unbalanced. As in, there is too much hummus or too much garlic purée or not enough protein… It just seems a little unbalanced. Though the price is adequate. So, as an American, I’ll be back… But I can’t imagine any more than 5 times a year. Tip: make sure to ask for freshly baked pita.

The food is delicious! Been here twice for lunch(and once for dinner at their Brea location), and each time left feeling well fed and satisfied. The entrée portion is just right and comes with your choice of main, rice and cold mezza. I tried the chicken shawarma, chicken kabob, and grilled shrimp. All three were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. For cold mezza, I recommend the hummus, Mediterranean salad and tabbouleh. I don’t have a favorite yet and would probably get a different item each time just so I can try everything on the menu. I also thoroughly enjoy the rice that it comes with which you can sub for an additional cold mezza for $ 1. The rice is flavorful and moist on its own. And the garlic sauce is very garlicky and goes well with everything. Both food and service were consistent and great. The restaurant is big and can easily accommodate for bigger parties/event. We had a work lunch here with 10 people and were comfortably sat inside their private room/smoking lounge.

We had originally planned to go to The Twisted Vine, but there was a long wait. We looked across the street and found D’Vine. It was a serendipitous discovery! We sat in the patio at the firepit table, which was awesome. The pita chips with olive oil and spices were so good. Our waiter was attentive and made good suggestions. I had the lamb chops, which were very flavorful and tender. My husband had the chicken schwarma and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also enjoyed our sides– I had the yogurt cucumber salad and he had the Mediterranean salad. We look forward to coming back again!

: VENUE/SERVICE : We came on a Saturday night around 8:45PM. Upon walking in I don’t recall seeing a hostess stand. The restaurant wasn’t packed busy for it was an hour away to their 10PM closing shift. So we waited in the front until a server warmly greeted us & said we could sit anywhere we would like. There was indoor(3 rooms for all kinda of occasions), outdoor patio & bar seating. So we choose the bar. The venue is very spacious and open. This establishment can be great for small to large parties/events! Restrooms was nice & clean. There was live music going on & I believed the gentleman played the saxophone. It was a very nice touch to the ambiance. We already felt we were going to have a great dinner experience here & we sure did. The décor was inviting & our bartender along with the other servers was very attentive. So far we had great service. I noticed all servers was always doing something & not standing around chatting. : FOOD : Pita Chips & Dips [5/5] We were immediately served complimentary pita chips with olive oil and za’atar that was a great start to our meal. Dipping the chips in the oil & spices was new to me. IMO — YUMYUMYUMS! I was addicted: P Chicken Shawarma & Sides [5/5] Ur choice of a cold Mezza & the dish comes w/a side of rice, pita bread, & a very potent delicious garlic sauce. I substituted the rice of the Mediterranean Salad(extra $ 1) & it was worth it. The chicken was extremely succulent juicy, moist, tender, mouth-watering, & full of flavors. The Med salad served here was very different from the normal Med Salad I’ve had before & it was scrumptious. The hummus & the pita bread was up to par — but they only gave 2 slices of pita bread(I noticed just a little thicker than most places). But I wished they gave about 3 – 4 slices cuz I had hummus & garlic sauce left over that I needed more pita to finish it with :) This whole entrée($ 12+$ 1=$ 13) is one of the best Chicken Shawarma I have EVER tasted in OC — all very well seasoned. To top it off I actually finished the entire entrée — which I never do! Chicken Kebab & Sides [4/5] Ur choice of a cold Mezza & the dish comes w/a side of rice, pita bread, & garlic sauce. My date choose hummus. He enjoyed his entrée & said the chicken was good. BUT the only con we have for this dish is the portion of the kebab is a little small — 5 pieces for $ 13. My proteins came out looking a lot bigger than my dates I think we were used to the Panini Café’s size kebab for about the same price: P : DRINKS : Reasonable pricing. Nice selection on the wines and other hard liquor. Our bartender choose a nice glass of pinot noir for me. My date had a pretty strong whiskey drink. : NOTES : 1) Complimentary pita chips w/olive oil & za’atar 2) The bar seating are stools w/no back support or a place to hold/hang your purse 3) Skewers may be added for an additional charge 4) Ladies restroom has 4 stalls 5) Huge venue that can accommodate big parties or functions : OVERALL : I am absolutely SOLD on this place! For what I had food was beyond gratifying. I will be back not only for what I have had but other menu items too! Perhaps after a couple more visits(to see the consistency) I’ll up it to 5 stars~ Plus I gotta come earlier to see belly dancer!

My sister and I selected this location for my baby shower on Feb 6th due to their flexibility, availability, room space, menu, reviews, and accommodation. When we initially called, we spoke with the owner Walid and he was very interested in accommodating our group of 20 – 25 ladies for my baby shower and he answered all of our questions. When we called back to book the room and date, we were helped by a wonderful woman — again very helpful and accommodating. They have 2 rooms at this location, one intimate and lovely room that can hold around 25 people seated and a larger beautiful room that can hold much more, plus a patio as well. What I loved is there was no additional room charge for the room, just the cost of the food ordered which was reasonably priced and affordable compared to many other venues I had contacted. You wouldn’t believe how difficult it was to find an affordable venue for an intimate baby shower-most places also charge for the room, have a 2hr limit, and high per person costs. I loved the room and privacy as well as the fact that they let us have the room for a 4−5hr block of time and also allow you to decorate for your event. My baby shower was amazing — just perfect! The room size was perfect, the food was delicious and although I didn’t try the cucumber margaritas looked amazing and my friends thought so, the service was impeccable, beautiful ambiance and the decorations my friends did was awesome, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the company of my guests, not feeling rushed was priceless. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for date night, girls night out, or an event — so many positives here! AND the owner came by to ensure that all was well! I’ll definitely consider this place top of mind for a future event and plan on having dinner and drinks at some point post baby!

Came here last Friday night around 7:00, we were greeted by a server and escorted to a table immediately and we were given pita chips with a side of olive oil and herbs to dip our chips into. It was very yummy! Our server came to our table shortly after and went over the menu with my fiancé and I since it was our first time at the restaurant. She was very nice and gave us some great suggestions off of the menu. We decided to get the cheese fatayer(under the Hot Mezzas portion on the menu). It is Mediterranean cheeses in little pockets. Very yummy and the perfect sized appetizers. I got the chicken shawarma and my fiancé ordered the steak kabob. All entrees are served with rice and your choice of one cold Mezzas. My chicken shawarma was delicious. Great flavor on the chicken. I decided to have the hummus with my meal which was also very good. My fiancé enjoyed the steak kabob. The chunks of steak are filet mignon. The meat was cooked just the way he wanted it(medium) and he ordered the Mediterranean salad. Overall, we liked the atmosphere here at D Vine and the good. We would recommend this restaurant to to our family and friends and will be back in the future to try some more food off their menu.

Must try –tabouleh –garlic sauce –rice –bubaganoush –fried cauliflower Pros –huge restaurant, much larger than the Brea location –a lot of outdoor seating with fire flickering on a few tables –clean environment –consistent quality of food Cons –parking can be a hassle if you go on the weekends –when we went, there was a super loud reception going on in the large room and my group left early because we could hardly hear each other BUT they gave us free baklava:)

— Locale Destination — It’s on W Commonwealth Ave and S Harbor Blvd in Fullerton. It’s in SoCo — on the train station side of DTF. Very nice location. Ambiance: Beautiful. Classy and a little upper scale inside. Outside is more eclectic with nice antique-like lights. Outside seating is so big! It’s very nice. It’s a lot nicer than the original location at Brea mall by 24 hour fitness. Service: Friendly. She said she would box up the left over food for me and took all of my utensils. So I assumed she would pack it for me — but she brought a box and left me do it — without any utensil… I had to scoop up all w my pita. Wish it were through… Parking: it’s hard to find a parking spot on the station side of downtown Fullerton. I walked, so I don’t know. There’re a lot across street(behind all the buildings). — Gluttony Expedition — Hummus w chicken: The chicken was cooked nicely — tender with nice flavored(curry type seasoning). Lots of chicken on the hummus. Hummus was a little softer side. Very small and $ 9. It comes with a few warm pitas. I like it. Lamb kabob: lamb was cooked nicely, tender but a little stinky without the garlic sauce. The rice was alright. You pick one cold mezza, I picked a tabbouleh. $ 14. Not a lot if you were used to «Pita Hot» nearby. The lamb is better at «Pita hot». But chicken is a lot better here than«Pita hot». Tabbouleh: Refreshing. Presley salad. I prefer more citrusy one. Not bad. — Conqueror’s Deduction — Unexpectedly not bad. The décor was beautiful, food was tasty with quality. A little expensive side, yet good food. I’m not a fan of chicken in general, but chicken here is tasty. Nice addition to SoCo — downtown Fullerton.
