Stayed here twice couple weeks ago since best western and all other hotels were booked and was too tired to take 2 hour drive home after work as it was a Saturday. Noticed next day by evening had bed bug bites on foot, arms, legs, back and shoulders. If you stay pull back covers and check mattress. Calling health dept. this is ridiculous!!’ Itching like crazy and now have to go to urgent care for steroids to rid of the crap!!! Never staying again. Had a fridge and very quite was only plus and the room was clean! Joke on me!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The front desk was absolutely rude. On the phone, they told me the rate would be about 60 – 70 and when I get there he says it was 100. I was outraged because it wasn’t a busy night! Since there weren’t any other cheap motels around, we had to get this one.
The room was fine and was clean. It’s your average motel type of room.
Check out was at 11 and the front desk called our phone and didn’t say a word when we answered. He did that twice and we can hear the background noise.
That was a little creepy.
Then we walked to our car to put stuff away and the same man comes to our car and asks what we are doing & says we need to take the key to the front desk. Never have I been followed and spied on by any motel staff! He then goes to our room to inspect like he’s trying to find something to charge us on.
We walk to the front desk and there’s a woman and she gets a phone call (I’m assuming it’s the man) and then she hangs up and says ok I will just charge you regular price. (Which was 110 plus taxes).
I felt like I was being spied on and did not appreciate the unfriendliness of the staff. I will never stay here again. I would rather pay 100 for a nicer hotel than to stay at this place. Make a trip 1 mile or 2 and you can find better places!

I stay at this place with my friends when we go to Downtown Fullerton for a night of drinking. If you’re looking for a quiet, cheap place, this will do. It is definitely not a place I would bring my wife or family.

Anyone who is recommending this place probably either has family that owns it, or is a frequent «rent by the hour» type of guest.
My husband and I stayed here on Saturday night, only because it was so close to St. Jude Hospital and I needed to be there early.
I called on Saturday night to check availability and make sure that it wouldn’t be a problem to check-​in between Midnight and 1am (it’s a 5+ hour drive from where we live). She assured me it wasn’t a problem. Now I see why. That’s when most of their rooms are probably sold.
Both people I dealt with — the woman on the phone and the man who sold me the room — were RUDE! If I am giving you my money, can you at least say «thank you», you ingrate?
We left our air on all night — not because it was warm, but because the white noise was better than anything else I heard. The walls are thin, and this place definitely caters to the partying crowd. You can tell the doors have been kicked in from the repaired frames. I did appreciate the fridge in the room and the semi-​clean bathroom. Don’t forget your toiletries because other than soap, there aren’t any. As a seasoned hotelier, I pulled back the bedspread and never went barefoot in this place. You should do the same.
Luckily, I don’t have to stay there again… plan ahead and you don’t either.

I normally come here when my boyfriend and I want to stay an extra day at Disneyland which is a last minute decision or if we get in late and we need somewhere to sleep for a couple of hours. Prices are pretty cheap, on the website it says weekday stay is for 45+tax a night however both times I stayed I paid 61 (including tax) so I think they charged me for weekend, but I never complain because its cheap either way. The room is ok not the dirtiest and not the nicest. My first time I stayed there I had no complaints, however today when I stayed I was getting to leave when I found a dead bug by the door and it wasnt just a fly or a house hold bug it look like a pincher bug or something, because of that I don’t know if I would be coming back.

FRONT DESK — Checked in with a woman who didn’t smile. I spoke with her on the phone earlier in the day and she wasn’t too pleasant to talk to. I told her 2 people were staying (including me) in the 2 bed room ($ 88 for a Friday night) and she stressed that ONLY 2 people can stay. no guest visits either. Later, I needed to iron a shirt so I called the front desk since you have to go get it from them. I had to walk to the front desk to get it, and he said I have to bring it back as soon as I’m done. I asked if I could keep it in case I need it in the morning, he said «someone else might need it» — 1 iron in the whole place or what?
ROOM — The 2 bed room is more spacious than I thought. Comes with a fridge (don’t forget to turn it on if you need it!). Leave the air on if you go out all night because it was pretty warm in there. Nothing really negative about the cleanliness of the room. Call the front desk for the free wi-​fi password.
LOCATION — Perfect if you’re bar hopping around downtown Fullerton. It’s a short 10 minute walk! It’s across the street from Costco and other stores if you need to make a quick run for something. There’s also a donut shop a few steps away.
CHECKING OUT — I was a little sad it was at 11am because usually it’s at noon. I ended up having 3 extra friends stay over so they didn’t have to drive home drunk the night before. From the front desk, you can see all the rooms so the same front desk guy who gave me the iron charged me an extra $ 20 since he saw my friends. He then asked me if there were any damages to the room to which I said no. He said VERY RUDELY, «well, if there is. I have your credit card info.» — That right there is why I’ll be taking my business and recommendations elsewhere.

Not the best in ameneties if thats what ur looking for… yeah right. Lol seriously this place is very inexpensive for 2 or more. Very quite & its neighbors are very friendly. At the venues of bars in dtf its the best deal around. Support it so we can continue to come here since its the least expensive & the best rate for a comfortable night sleep (winkwink) oh shut up kno wht i mean!

Loved this place! My wife and I have often stayed here at Fullerton Lodge Inn, while traveling through Fullerton. Friendly and courteous people at the front desk, par reasonable rates every time, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, overall best value for the money. I would definitely like to come back here and recommend it without any hesitation.

A lovely home away from home when visiting beautiful downtown Fullerton… NOT!!! This place is pretty gnarly. We stayed here one night because we were too drunk to drive back to LA, now I wish I’d slept in the car… or the bushes. I’m pretty sure they rent these rooms by the hour, bring lots of febreeze and cleaning products.
