H&R Block

I had made an appointment to make an amendment to our taxes. We had previously gone to another H&R Block, but we have since then moved. We arrived to this office and received exceptional service from Tamara. She went out of her way to help us since the person scheduled was still preoccupied. She made it fast and easy and was very informative. I will definitely recommend this office to others.

I made my appointment online and was paired up with who I’m convinced is the BEST tax preparer there is! She KNOWS her shit and is so kind and willing to explain every detail so that YOU understand YOUR taxes– This blew my mind, and it really shouldn’t, if you think about it. Every tax preparer should be as thorough as Ms. Stephanie Fekkers.
I came in with a complete MESS. Two years without filing, a handful of old W2s, claiming issues– She didn’t even flinch. She knew exactly what to do AND found an error from years ago! Which is pretty huge, because it was a $ 200 state refund HELLO!
As long as I can help it, I won’t see anybody else for my taxes ever again. I wish I could hire her to organize my entire life (she sure would be bored)! You’d better believe I made my next appointment ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE. One word: IMPRESSED!

Do not come here this place has horrible customer service. They screwed up my taxes causing me to have to get a amendment and have to pay a fine to the IRS. They also had the nerve to try and charge me a fee for a copy of my previous tax returns that I had already paid for. When they have a obligation to have to provide me with any tax documentation. The manager Jerry who works at this location is rude and has a shitty attitude. I will not return.

Last visit was bad cause me and my wife felt that the tax broker hated his job he was fast in doing our taxes but was very unprofessional. He wasn’t friends he didn’t tell us his name, we were there for about 45 min and he keep Yawning the whole time. Last two years I been here were awesome but this year sucked I would really have to think hard about coming here next year.
