They canceled appt (without telling us – we found out when we called to confirm). They rescheduled & made us wait more than 30 mins for doc. She spent less than 5 mins with the patient. Her instructions were unclear because she rushed through the «exam» and hardly made eye contact! Blew off all questions. Insisted we come to «finish up» the visit because they didn’t have time to do a hearing exam (that was the WHOLE point of the visit!) & had to close at 5 pm! THEY are the reason why time ran out in the first place! Incompetent staff. Every time I deal with any of them, I am given conflicting info. They even sent results of the visit to the wrong doc & called me asking why it got sent back! All it took was a simple look at the referral papers to see which doc is the correct one and which doc signed the paperwork! Nothing went right with this doc. She used to be so much better. I think her practice has grown (good for her) and as a result, professionalism and care has vastly diminished (bad for patients).

Excellent Doctor. Very professional. Explains everything from A to Z. Cares when she speaks to you, shows interest in solving issues. Did not hesitate to order other exams needed to provide solutions. Strongly recommend.

This office was misleading about what I would be responsible to pay for a short consultation, and of course they waited until after I decided against surgery to bill me a large amount of money for that appointment. Other places are much more upfront, or will at least warn you.
I paid the bill to avoid any headache, but you are better off not coming to this doctor.

Highly recommend Dr Bui. I had seen her for years. She also performed my tonsillectomy and some sinus surgery for me back in 2007.
