Usually nicks is my go too for good chicken strips. Today I went in at 8:20 (I understand they close at 9) but the service was horrible. The lady asked us if we wanted to eat here or take it to go she followed this with «we close at nine» ._​. The chicken strips were so tough and hard to get down. Bummed on the bad service and a shitty dinner ._​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​.

This place deserves nothing less than a 5 star review.
I’ve been coming to this place for the past couple years now and every time I visit this place, i’m always satisfied as I walk out the door. This is the main hangout spot with my friends when they’re all out of school and it’s always great to stop by this place!
The people that run this place are super patient and nice. The food is BOMB as well.
I usually stick with the chicken strip basket with ranch sauce, but their burgers are on point as well. Still have to try their extended breakfast menu some time soon.
If you live around the area, this place is a must go. I will definitely become a regular again since i’ve been slacking recently.

I’ve known this place for a really long time. I know families that come here every week to have their family meals together. This place holds amazing memories for me. The girls (the service) here are kind and really welcome you here as this place was their own and you just walked into their home. The morning crew always on a rush getting everyone what they need. The afternoon crew (since it can be a little calmer) always greet you with friendly smiles and never leave you feeling ignored.
The cooks, although you can hardly see them, they see you and after a while they will recognize you and remember your order if you come in regularly.
The food, it’s cheaper than most places. Their food is good. Not going to lie, they have their days that it doesn’t taste as great as other days but for the most part it’s good.
The owner and his son, I believe, seem to really run the place. They do a good job. It’s good to see that this place is still family owned and hasn’t closed down or been bought out by an expensive known franchise company.
Way to go Nick’s for your service and your food!

Its a good place. Been going here since I was a kid and the food still very good. Sundays they have free chips and dip. Look in the pennysaver for their coupons.

Well this was a major disappointment… won’t be back. The bun on my burger was dry and fell apart… the meat was a pre frozen, tasteless slab and the lettuce was just kind of yuck and the onions were barely there… not going back.

First off they charge for ranch! Probably one of my biggest pet peeves and second the bathroom was filthy and flooded and no toilet seat covers, I’m not gonna lie the food wasn’t bad but for the price would have rather gone somewhere else.

The best chili fries I’ve ever had! Their burgers are good too. The burger was delicious, but the bread was too thick. The service was on point. It was very clean and they demonstrated a sense of urgency. I will definitely be back and try other items in their big menu. But occasionally, I stop by only for a «to-​go» order of chilli fries.

I LOVE this place! Had the home town diner feel but serves almost everything under then sun.
My favorite is the California burger — meat, cheese, bacon, avocado, lettuce & tomato, it’s heaven! Also, the serving size of friend is good enough for two — I recommend getting the ranch, it’s delicious.
Also my favorite feature is the «call ahead» if I know I coming home soon, I call my order in and it’s ready w/​10min or less, makes getting good food fast easy.

I was thrilled to see a Patty Melt on the menu, haven’t had one since I was a kid!
The burgers were good, service was fast and friendly. The fries were just average fries. It looks like the locals love this place!

My new place. I had been going to Angelo’s for a long time until I noticed a recent change. They’ve been raising the price and giving less food, therefore, needed to find a new place to replace them. Well, look no further, Nicks Burgers has taken that place. They serve fresh food and at great prices. The taquitos are awesome. Instead of putting the guacamole on the side like most places do, they add it to the top and top it off with cheese. They are also very generous with the amount of fries they give out. Overall, great place.

This is our ‘go to’ place for breakfast because they never disappoint! I have the chorizo and egg breakfast and it is like my mom was in the kitchen making it! Authentic and delicious! Today I had the avocado burger combo for lunch and it was perfect! Such a great deal for $ 5.99, burger, ample fries and a small drink that you can refill as many times as you wish!

I think the best part is the large selection in menu. There’s something for everyone. I had the avocado burger with a massive load of fries It was delicious they’re not stingy with their portions. My mom had Taquitos she loved them. The front cashiers were super nice attended to my every need. We ordered two orders of Fish & Chips for my dad and brother who were at home. They were large pieces and again a ton of fries. Keep it up Nick’s I’ll definitely come back.

I wanted a burger, but didn’t feel like traveling too far to get one. Burger joints are always my safe go-​to and Nick’s definitely didn’t disappoint. Being in an area where I hadn’t been to one of these greasy establishments, I relied on my trusty Unilocal app to lead the way.
I got the bacon burger combo and transformed my side of fries into their chili cheese version. The burger itself was a good size with shredded lettuce, tomato, dressing, cheese and of course bacon. Like all good burgers should, the ingredients all came together nicely and made a nice sloppy mess into the paper that it was wrapped in by the time I was done. This was definitely a two hander and you’ll want to have some extra napkins on the side.
The chili cheese fries were typical and nothing out of the ordinary, but I was happy that they let me add the extras on my side portion. It was plenty and I couldn’t imagine eating a whole helping of this with a meal — even when sharing. The fries are cooked perfectly and aren’t soggy and the cheese and chili ration is spot on so that you get some with every bite.
We also opted for an order of zucchini. Being a fan of this fried food, it sort of fell flat for me. It was a little soggy for my liking. I still ate it, but would have preferred it a tad bit crispier to get that crunch I love.
Overall, I’m a fan of Nick’s and will come back if I’m having a burger joint hankering that needs to be fulfilled!

I’ve been to Nick’s twice and in both visit I can say I’m a fan. You can tell by dinning in that the staff and people there have history. Very friendly staff and same with the regulars that eat there. Today’s lunch or I guess bunch was a breakfast burrito, the classic stuffing; eggs, hash, sausage, and cheese of course it tasted great. It was made to order and it was warm along with the flour tortilla they wrap it in. Which should be standard in any type of burrito. I hate it when burrito’s are served with warm stuffing but the tortilla is rock hard and chewy, it just ruins the experiences. Check out the picture and check it out for yourself!

All-​you-​can-​eat tortilla chips while you wait for real food is only cool when chips are crisp and fresh. The ones here bordered on stale.
Lots of people seem to come here, even on windy, rainy nights. But for me, the quality of food did not compensate for the wait time.
My philly cheesesteak was not much of one. I got totally jipped on meat and the texture was a little chewy and tough. Fish and chips weren’t worth remembering, the batter a little burnt. And the chicken nachos were just something else. Think of chicken in a can on top of tortilla chips, with nacho cheese, sour cream, guacamole and jalapeños; think of every bite as almost tuna like in taste. Yeah, that’s what it tasted like – tuna nachos :/​
Don’t think we’d come back unless a trusted Unilocal bud of mine can suggest something decent here.

I’ve been patronizing this fine (ghetto) establishment since 2001 when i first moved out to fullerton area. It was after a fun day of goofing off at nickel nickel (no longer there) and wanted some grubbing.
Carne Asada Burro:
It was really good. The beans and asada mix was perfect. it isn’t the best food but you get the point. Decent sized burro.
For the most part, all i ate was breakfast here. It’s on the economical side and gives you plenty of food. The veggie, egg white ommie or the bacon and chs ommie was my preference. The ommies are decent size and comes with hashies and bread. yummy.
They have some tv’s in here and it has the carls jr approach.

Came over for lunch to try out the burgers, the place IS CALLED super burgers, right? Lol The first thing I noticed about this place is how outdated this place is. This was an IHOP or something a long time ago, and the place doesn’t really seem like it’s been updated much.
Service was great, plenty of seating at lunchtime (humm). I got a bacon avocado burger combo for 6.50, which isn’t that bad for lunch nowadays. So the burger was ok to me, just another place that makes burgers with 1000 island dressing – there was nothing that separated this burger from any other average burger place. I do like they are generous with the avocado and that the combo came with a mountain of French fries, much appreciated.
This place is the definition of a 3-​star place – if I lived or worked nearby, then I would come here from time to time, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. I think if they renovated their location, and made a few small changes to their execution, they would be a 4 – 5 star place! Thanks.
