Finally found a local perfect bakery cake shop. Ignore the Plaza, once you in the place takes you in to another fine sophisticated ambiance. There cake is up above par and it did not cost me an arm or neck. Great service. I ordered a cake for my son and they gave me the cutest little knife and candles for FREE.

Negative: was a very limited selection when I went in there at 3 pm Positive: tried the red velvet cupcake and the chocolate cupcake that were valentines day themed and they were so moist and beautiful. Chocolate was more decadent than the red velvet.

There is literally not one bad thing i have to say about this place. Its cheap and delicious. They have the most amazing macrons here. My boyfriend goes crazy for them. I personally like there fruit or strawberry pastries location in the refrigerated section. They also have very good lattes here some of the best ive ever had. Over all this place has some of the best French inspired pastries ive ever had in orange county. Try there cheesecake here as well it is absolutely to die for. They use just the right amount of crème here. Nothing is too sweeeet hehe.

Paris Baguette is my choice for Korean bakery to get my asian baked goods. I always get the multi-grain toast and I make sure to have back up of this stuff in my freezer. I love it here. I like the delicate flavors of asian bakeries and Paris Baguette chain is consistent in those flavors. If you have a point card, it works across all stores. It’s more expensive than 85 degrees but there’s a reason for that. The pastries taste soooo much better here! This location is better than most PB locations because it’s kind of isolated. They always have my multi-grain toast on stock!

IMPRESSED W/CHANGES **Yelp 100CA Challenge 2016 #8** HONESTLY i thought this place would go down the drain after 85degrees came into the world, but my parents got the most DELICIOUS freaken Cheesecake EVER from here. So i decided to go back myself & check out how they are again as for the last time i stepped foot into a Paris Baguette was almost 10 years ago. If you are still POPPIN after 10 years then they must be doing something right to keep up w/the fast changing DEMAND of human society’s taste buds. Definitely have to come back to try the different pastries as well. WHOLECHEESECAKE $ 31 — this cheesecake is not like your typical American cheesecake but it is FLUFFY& light to the touch. CAPPUCCINOPUDDING — comes in a cute little milk jug looking jar. That was my attention grabber! This was delicious & they also have other flavors as well, but i needed a little kick start to my day.

The lattes are very good. The cakes and pastries are so creamy, fluffy and light! Ideal for people who don’t like too much cream on their cakes or who are looking for French pastries. They have Korean pastries as well, a must try for the ones you’ve never had it before. You won’t be disappointed at Paris Baguette!

Cream puffs $ 2.00 for 4. I think that’s self explanatory! Haha but really, who doesn’t like cream puffs. This place has a nice little selection of savoury and sweet pastries. All reasonably price(comparable to other bakery places like 85). Strong coffee too. I wish they had boba as I was craving boba and there’s surprisingly no boba places on the Euclid brookhurst area!(I seriously crave boba once a year and was too lazy to drive downtown). Anyways for a place that doesn’t sell it, I’ve spent enough sentences on it. Parking can be rough with that random market next door, but it’s worth the try! Oh, and if anyone besides me have ever thought it, they don’t sell Vietnamese sandwiches. The name has always been deceiving to me even though I’ve known about this bakery for a decade or so. Sorry for the random review, but I would recommend for a quick snack visit and coffee stop.

Delicious Flavorful Croissants ! There are so many choices of pastries from filled donuts, fruit tarts, different flavor croissants and cakes. I even had a peach ice tea a little too sweet then still delicious. I bought way too many croissants this time. I did manage to finish it by the weekend so it would still taste fresh. If you’re on a diet maybe 2 pastries to get here at the most unless you’re looking to be active all weekend not being lazy on the couch when they make it with lots of butter. The pastries are not very greasy when you take a bite into delicious heavenly goodness. If you’re looking to get a birthday cake or just one for a special occasion the cakes are just as delicious as their pastries. I don’t go out of my way to this bakery even to the ones closer to me when they have several locations all over. I always get pastries to bring home to enjoy for breakfast if I am near the bakery. I may have to take a break from all these sweets for now till the next time I see the bakery again. I have a love for sweets. This bakery seems larger than other ones I have been to having more seating to enjoy dessert even drinks with a date or friends. The displays for all their pastries always looks attractive especially the cake section with beautiful decorated cakes that are too pretty that you don’t want to eat them.

Of the four Paris Baguettes I have been to – one in Fullerton, one in Buena Park, and two in Irvine — this one is by far the nicest location. Sure, it’s tucked into a dismal and unappealing strip mall, but you shouldn’t judge this book by its cover. Inside, the store is bright, airy, and attractive; just about every corner of this place is worthy of Instagram. Their breads and pastries aren’t half bad either. I tend to stick to the more traditional boulangerie items — such as the various croissants and the pain au chocolate — but everything has been on point. When fresh, they are light, flakey, and delicious. The only other non-traditional item I have tried is their cronut, and I thought it was pretty bomb. I do wish, however, that they would go easier on the sugar glaze they put on just about everything here. It’s too much. Many of the baked goods are sweet enough, there’s no need to add more sugar. I also wish they served better coffee, but I’m pretty picky when it comes to that. Finally — and I realize that I may need to turn in my man card after saying this — I think their coffee cups are just the cutest thing!

When the temperature outside is hovering in the 115 degree range, it’s best to stay indoors with some cool air conditioning with something cool to drink and hydrate yourself. After shopping at the nearby Korean supermarket, and finding the walk to my car a dangerous idea(many cars were circling the large lot and watching me closely to see if I was leaving my parking spot), I made a life saving decision to head over to the Paris Baguette a few doors away for the cool a/c and even cooler Horchata Frappé. The interior is nice, clean, and smells like how a bakery should smell, haha. Grab a clean pair of tongs and line your tray with the paper then make your way around the tables, wall and room divider displays to ogle the great looking items. I decided on the garlic sweet potato pastry for $ 2 and the Horchata Frappé for $ 4.25. As always wherever I go, I asked if they could make my Frappé less sweet but Ms. Kim said that they could not, and she could not think of any drinks that I would like… oh well, re-hydrating myself on a scorching day like that made me a little desperate and since she was nice and smiled«with» me at my disappointment(I think she was sympathetic, lol), I decided to get it anyway. It was very good, smooth and had a nice cinnamon flavor and it was not so sweet. The garlic sweet potato pastry overall had a light, flaky layered crust with very soft garlic and sweet potato bits and it made a smooth filling inside. The standout was the Frappé, so although I had the order to go, I sat down at a table and chair beside the room divider display area and finished both. The perfect combo to end my dehydrated state and get motivated enough to go back outside to face the hot, hot, hot, car… should have bought another one to go…

Came in for a slice of cheesecake and walked out with my hands full! This place has some kind of spell on me. I wanted to try everything. Probably because I am a sucker for sweets and pastries. I like the trays they have when you walk in. You grab a tray and a piece of paper with a tong. Then the rest is up to you to grab what you want. I loved that there were so many options to choose from. Although, I felt like I was going crazy trying to decide on a reasonable about of calories to intake. I also like the fact that there are not a bunch of each pastry out, that way they are always made fresh throughout the day. The décor in here is beautiful. Very modern and fancy. The lighting makes everything look so much more appealing. Customer service was great. The guy helping me was pleasant and helpful since it was my first time there. I loved everything I tried. My favorite was their cheese donut. It had a different kind of texture that was chewy… yet it worked! The creams inside the pastries are not too sweet and have a light fluffy texture. I’m sure they will be seeing me more often.

Oh PB, I have a total love-hate relationship for this little lady. Like all women, can’t live with her yet can’t live without her. Don’t let her neighbors fool you. The ugly strip mall conceals this diamond in the rough. Her inside is so open and filled with light. Everything she displays makes you want to just take a bite. And trust me, this hoochie displays A LOT. Her goodies definitely brings all the boys to the yard. It’s all that savory, buttery, sweetness and everything else in between. Her cream puffs are amazing. Once you spread open those buns, the sweet cream inside is silky smooth; you wouldn’t even care if it was all over your face. And her tartlets will leave your lips smacking until the wee morning. Not to mention when you warm up those buttery hot buns, wow. just wow. And this PB has a huge lot. Enough room for everyone to pull in and out of. The more the merrier, right? You can even plow your truck into her back lot if you’d like. Right on up to her back door. Or front and center. Your choice! I love PB, but like how all good things are bad for you, she’s like a black widow. baby. She’ll suck the skinny out of you. Every last drop. So I try to keep seeing her to a minimum. I need to keep my distance; otherwise, it’ll become an unhealthy dependent relationship.

Paris Baguette is an Asian bakery chain popping up everywhere. They’re popping up as fast as the Taiwanese chain 85 degree bakery, and pretty much the concepts are similar. One side of the place is a help yourself bakery. You grab a tray, a sheet of waxed paper to line your tray, and a tong to use to grab your food. There’s cases of different pastries, sweet and savory. You open the case of the food item you want, and with your tongs, select the food item you want and put them on your carrying tray. After you are done getting your food, you go to the cashier, who will ask you if its to dine in or take out. If you dine in, you carry your tray to a table and eat. You can order custom cakes, drinks, and other dessert items at the cashier. Customer service is just ok. The girls helping are not the most helpful, nor are they the most friendliest. Don’t ask them for suggestions if you’re lactose intolerant, as they can’t seem to help you there, nor come up with a plausible solution on what to drink. This place only serves whole milk drink, which is odd since most Asians are lactose intolerant. So no coconut milk, soy milk, or any milk alternative for your iced coffee. They don’t offer chai, but do offer 8 variety of teas, such as Earl Grey. I had a soy milk donut(insert irony here) while Stephen had a sausage stick bread. The total with 2 iced coffees set me back $ 8. Not bad in price. There’s many locations all over Southern California, and branching out into malls such as Cerritos. Not worthy of 5 stars because they don’t offer everything for everyone, and there’s plenty of room for improvement. For me, this experience was just A-OK. Free parking in the congested parking lot, with lots of crazy asian drivers who don’t look when they drive or back out of their spot.
