I really like this place. Always have been friendly and cheesesteaks are good. I also like the Frank’s soda and Wise Chips.

For not being in Philly… They do a really great job. Even the fries are like the way I remember them back east.

No regrets, ever about coming here. I almost always get the chicken and mushroom sandwich, so what can I say? Don’t ferk with a good thing, so I don’t. The staff is always awesome and ready to give you the next best suggestion if you’re feeling a bit indecisive by all the deliciousness they’ve set before you on the menu. If you’re ready to tell your diet for the night, come here and enjoy.

It’s good and the service is always great. Steak fries and phillys best chicken is what I usually get. I get half of the sandwich with provolone cheese and half to the sandwich with cheese whiz cheese and it’s delicious!

Yes this is a chain so either you like the food or not. I personally love the onion rings and a hot gooey sandwich on occasion hits the spot. I like this location because of the ease and service. Typically the same two guys are behind the counter and so so quick, nice and get me in and out much quicker than local fast food drive thru’s. The sandwiches are big so if I’m not splitting, they are always willing to wrap each half separately so I can save half for another day. Parking is super easy.

I have been meaning to to try a cheesesteak from the place and finally got the opportunity. Unfortunately I have to say that the cheesesteak was quite forgettable. The meat was thin, stringy and chewy. The cheese and the bread were the two things that were edible and tasted half way decent. I asked the cashier what kind of meat they used for the steak sandwich and he did not know. Then he asked the cook and of course he didn’t know either. I have had many cheesesteaks over my lifetime, and I would undoubtedly say this one was the worst I have ever had. When someone asks you what kind of meat you serve in your cheesesteaks, you should know. It’s really a basic question and if you don’t know, then it’s mystery meat and that’s not good. The meat could vary from day to day. I could call most cheesesteak restaurants and ask them what kind of meat they use for their cheesesteaks and they will tell me. Sorry to say, but this place is a big pass for me.

I have only been to this location once, but it was really great. They have really great customer service, and the food was really delicious. I came on a Friday afternoon, and I went to order, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I asked the cashier what he recommended and he said to get Philly’s Best with fried onions and cheese whiz, so that is exactly what I did. It took a while to get my to go order, but I appreciate the fact that they were making it all fresh. This freshness really made the difference when I brought it to my friend’s house to eat it. It took me 10 minutes to get there, but the cheesesteak stayed hot, the bread stayed fresh and didn’t get soggy, and the cheese stayed gooey, hot, and melted. The sandwich was everything I could have wanted for a cheesesteak, and the price was fair. The sweet peppers and mushrooms with the fried onions provided a variety of textures and flavors that really complimented each other. The cheese brought the whole cheesesteak together, and there was not a lack of it on the sandwich. Overall, I really enjoyed my food, and while I am not in this area as often, I would come back to this specific location.

No hard feelings, but these guys need a new recipe. The staff was friendly. The food was prepared quickly, and the meat was grilled to order. But man, I couldn’t taste anything in my sandwich. The steak, although grilled to order, was bland. And you don’t have to be a cheese snob to realize their cheese is also bland. The bread tasted funny. Even the fries were completely devoid of flavor. If you’re thinking of coming here, turn around. Do not pass go. Do not collect $ 200.

I’ve ate at pat’s, I’ve ate at geno’s… Only thing philly here is the name. Meat was really bland… Tasted watery. Even with bell peppers n mushroom(the little amount they put) it did not make a difference. The cheese they use(american and wiz) were also cheap quality and tasteless. More on the expensive side for what you get. .my son didn’t finish his sandwich and asked if we could go to subway instead.

Good quality sandwich here. Came in with groupon deal but was served as a regular customer would. Have me a same size sandwich just out of the grill with requested condiments. Highly recommended.

Decent amount of meat & a little pricy, but definitely hits the spot if you’re craving a philly cheese steak sandwich!

I did a review for this place, I wish I knew where fit was. The cheese steak fries are the best. Wow it is really pissing me off that my previous review is missing.

First time here but certainly not my last. The guy(Noah) at the counter is super nice and friendly. I had the chicken with peppers sandwich… a Hanks Orange cream soda… and yes a Tastykake coconut junior for dessert. Yummy!

This place is good. Just like the other ones. Honored my groupon $ 4 for $ 8 and free fries, with a drink for $ 2.24 Can’t beat it. Nice patio and two tvs so you are it bored. I don’t why this place for a bad rap. I enjoyed everything.

After reading the reviews I’ve decided to taste their food for myself. Food is great! Service was good. Keep in mind we came when they first open around 11am. A few people came in after my friend and I and we all got our food less than 5 – 10 mins. Cheese steak fries are and cheese steak combo $ 9 bucks plus tax was worth it. I’d come back again.

I’m just gonna sum up past reviews bc they are all true! 1. GREAT sandwhich. Yummy yummy 2. Expensive! $ 8.50 for one sand which only. if you’re 1 person you’re screwed bc the deal occurs when it’s two of you… Order 1 sandwich(they r huge!) check in, redeem free fries and buy the huge fountain drink you have to. That whole meal should cost you $ 11 and feed 2. That’s the way to go! 3. They literally charge you $ 1 per extra topping. I could buy a whole head of lettuce for $ 1 geeze. 4. Customer service lacking 5. Will I go back? Damnit yes, the sandwich was the good.

I ordered a sandwich and asked for lettuce and tomato. Charged me extra for it. I told them they didn’t charge me for it in past orders. The guy then says, «well I can charge you for lettuce and tomato each…» Very snarky-like. Um. Yea great customer service. Lol definitely wanna come back now. Smh. Food is yummy, too bad that’s not all that matters when I decide where to grab lunch.
