Okay place for your dogs to stay a play with others dogs, when your away working.

TL;DR Sanders is amazing, your dogs will love it!
I am a self-​confessed, first-​time, over-​anxious puppy parent; and I absolutely love Sanders!
We have a little Pit mix and we couldn’t wait to put him in daycare when he got all of his shots, but due to some ludicrous breed restrictions at the big name daycare/​boarding facilities, we couldn’t find anywhere that would let him play with other pups. (Pit parent rant/​I find it crazy that if you take any training classes at the big name pet stores, they emphasize over and over again that the behavior of a dog is a direct reflection of its owner, not the dog, yet they still uphold these breed restrictions when it comes to daycare. Where’s the sense in that? /​rant over). THEN, we found Sanders!
Like many of the other reviewers have already described, Sanders does not have breed restrictions, but they do require a 1 hour «interview» where they let the new pups play with some Sanders veterans to gauge their temperament and social skills. After a lot of nervous hair combing and bow tie adjusting (just kidding (sort of)), we passed!
Our pup has been going to daycare /​boarding at Sanders for over 5 months now and he absolutely loves it. Everytime we pick him up, he is super happy and totally pooped, he knocks out for the entire evening. The photo uploads are great, and on top of that you can tell the staff at Sanders really cares about their dogs. We get little updates and stories on our puppy when we go in, Sanders regularly posts about foster dogs or rescue dogs, and they’re really responsive on FB if you have any questions.
On top of that, the puppy packages are super affordable. For pups under 7 months, I think 30 days of unlimited daycare /​boarding comes out to $ 225 (under $ 10 per day), which is much cheaper than PetSmart with the added bonus of cage free puppy play. Great deal if you intend to board your pup even a couple times a week, or are thinking of going on vacation.
For the couple reviewers who have talked about their puppies getting sick, yes, our pup has also gotten a mild case of kennel cough one time, but it cleared up on its own. Doggie daycare is no different to child daycare; your babies will get sick sometimes, but they will survive and end up stronger for it.
In short, Sanders is AWESOME. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and taking such good care of our puppy! :)

VERY affordable cage free dog day care and overnight boarding. I cannot believe that I have not heard about this place until now.
The prices here are better than PetSmart and the dogs seem happier too.
Although the open hours are obviously not as great as PetSmart’s, the front office open hours are still really good.
They also give discounts on the cage free dog day care if the dogs get bathed/​groomed.
The only cons are that this place is very difficult to find (warehouse building behind the Metro Station area) and that they require stool testing along with Giardia testing. The place that Sanders K9 Inn recommended did have the cheapest stool testing and vaccination rates in the area (Pro Pet Fix in Fullerton, CA).

Excellent place to board your dog and with great prices for everything. Bath and groom was great.

My prior boarder had to retire, so after 20 years I had to find a new vacation home for my Lulu. I called to have a «meet and greet» and see if she would like this place.
After a bit of a snafu in the vet’s paperwork, they were nice enough to squeeze me in at 3:00 pm. I dropped off Lulu and came back about an hour later. According to the staff, Lulu took to the place immediately.
The place is an indoor, open, kennel free boarding. There’s always someone on duty and the dogs hang out together, rather than cooped up in cages.
I was told there’s no green area, and that the dogs are kept in their respected rooms, which is why the rooms are open, not kenneled. So if one has to pee, it’ll be in the room.
I first took to this place because Unilocalers said they are inexpensive. I guess I was spoiled by my last boarder of 20 years, that I had a slight sticker shock of paying $ 24.99 for daycare PLUS $ 12.99 for boarding. Let’s say that I am used to paying for one of those prices, not both.
Well, Lulu did like her visit, and she’s tuckered out. If I have a short term vacation, I’d consider taking her here and update my review from there.

What attracted me to Sanders was their «kennel free boarding», I couldn’t stand the thought of Cooper waiting in a kennel while I was gone!
What I love about Sanders K9 Inn:
–Kennel free boarding, with lots of toys and slides to play on!
–Music playing to keep the dogs entertained!
–There’s always a certified staff member available, even during the evening hours!
–Temperament testing for all check-​ins, so I know my Coops is safe!
–They even send you pictures (if you ask) to check on your little one!
We always use Sanders as our boarding choice!

Okay, so I am posting this for my very good friend. We recently had to drop off her pup, he is on A LOT of medications. At first we werent sure if they would be able to keep track of them all and make sure he got them when needed. I WAS WRONG! They had a special form that they fill out to keep track, they were so organized in the process.
They were also going to let him stay in the hall with them while they worked, because he cant move as fast as the other dogs, and they didnt want him to get injured. I just loved how they really do care for your pup! We especially loved that they post pictures on their Facebook page daily of all the dogs playing. It really made the time away a little easier!
We also were concerned about him getting hurt while we were away, but they put our minds at ease! They have staff thats here ²⁴⁄₇. And they will also contact our VET if there were any problems, if our vets office was closed then they said they would take him to an emergency clinic! No hesitations, or questions.
So if your looking to board your four legged child like my friend, then this is the place! We are so going to be dropping him off here next time.

Love cage free boarding and my Dallas comes home exhausted from having such a good time playing! Good prices and good care for when we have to go away!

The review is written in regards to the Daycare and Boarding.
I recently had my free consultation with Sanders K9 Inn. When I first pulled up to the K9 Inn, I was hesitant and almost turned around because it was near a train station (my dog is afraid of such loud noises) and let’s just say the facility is not located in the most beautiful side of town…
The Consultation
But since I had already arrived, I figured I might as well go in and take a peek. The first person to greet me was Alexis. Her sweet and friendly persona immediately made me feel comfortable. Alexis gave me a quick tour of the facility and a thorough rundown of the operations/​services they provide. I was requested to leave so that my puppy won’t notice my presence/​scent and wait by the door for me… and their staff can observe how my puppy would interact with the other dogs and adjust to the environment. After what seemed to be the longest hour of my life, I came back to see how my puppy did (I was so nervous she wouldn’t pass! She had recently been mounted at a dog park and has been a little edgy/​moody since). Alexis reassured me that Josyee did great and mingled well. Normally they don’t require advance reservations but since it was over the holidays (peak season) I scheduled Josyee just in case.
The Drop-​Off & Pick-​Up
This morning I dropped my baby off at 7:00am and having her sleepover until Tuesday morning (6 days, 6 nights). I was excited to take my baby here and have her dropped off for her very first official daycare/​boarding experience! Initially I was a little thrown off by the lady (didn’t catch her name) who greeted me… she was experiencing challenges with finding my records in their system and I started to get a little nervous as I was already running late for work. Then she spelled my dog’s name wrong… Jose instead of Josyee. Perhaps it was misspelled in the system, maybe she read it wrong… who knows… I felt bad to correct her but I thought it may be important… (diet/​feeding schedule, billing reasons). Anyway, towards the end of my interaction with the lady, she warmed up and was friendly with my puppy which made me feel a little more comfortable.

Summary
Like many other dog boarding facilities, they post pictures on their Facebook page so you can keep an eye and kind of see how they are doing (I love this! I just wish they would post more pictures, more often). I have scoped out several dog boarding options but ultimately I chose this location due to their competitive prices, flexibility in terms of office hours, friendly staff and already highly rated Unilocal reviews.
Requirements
It’s not mentioned on the website, so let me save you time and research — these are the clearance documents you’ll need: Rabies, Bordatella, DHLPP and fecal testing (worms). Also schedule a (free) consultation with them to see how your dog adapts and interacts.

After a day of playing she goes home eats her dinner and passes out on the bed snoring!

We have been sending our spoiled pup here for a year now and I feel like I should leave a review. We love this place so much! My dog never wants to leave when I pick him up. He’s goes to daycare once a week to play with his doggy friends and is so much calmer at home when he returns. We’ve used Sanders’ array of services. Overnight boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming. Ashley is great and does a wonderful job getting our big guy clean and smelling fresh. She’ll trim nails if they need trimming and unlike other groomers, won’t push nail trimming when it’s not needed. I’ve never seen his nails get cut too short. Plus, what a great deal, you get a free day of daycare with a bath! It makes it so convenient to have it all in one place for me.
If you’re looking for a safe place to place your pup, this is the place.
And just to add just how exceptional this place is, I accidentally locked my keys, phone and dog in my car the other day. Ashley was right on the phone helping me try to get someone to come ASAP to open my doors since it was so warm. I was freaking out, but Ashley called AAA, local locksmiths, and even the fire department for me to see who could come out the fastest. We ended up with one of the staff members’ dad who was able to open the door for me. I couldn’t be more thankful.

We Love this place. The staff is friendly. My dog absolutely loves this place. It is hard to get him to leave. There is an indoor park for him to play. He has spent the night a couple of times for boarding and seemed to enjoy it. For anyone that needs a day sitter or overnight boarding, I highly recommend this place.

Been bringing my dog here for about a year, my dog loves it. The staff is very nice and takes great care of my dog. I was always afraid to put my dog into a daycare since he’s a humper but the staff at Sander’s knew how to handle my dog’s bad habit.

We love taking our dog Rocky here… Sanders has come in at the clutch moments when we can’t find a sitter for our hyper pit boy… We know he’s in good hands. Best part is when Rocky comes back home, he usually sleeps for a couple days straight from all the excitement of playing with his friends.

This place is the most amazing day care that my puppy Carly has ever been to. She is so excited every morning to get in the car knowing she gets to see Jammie, Ashley, Cynthia, and all her K9 friends. When I pick her she is sad to leave but sleeps like a baby when we get home. I have been using them for over a year and never had any problems or issues. They offer baths, grooming, boarding, and of course day care. They make you feel like part of the Sanders family.

I started out LOVING this place! I couldn’t stop raving to everyone about how awesome the staff is and how much fun my Luna seemed to have.
After a few play dates and boarding her over our family vacation, I was sure we found our go to place. We boarded Luna over the 4^th of July weekend. I noticed Luna wasn’t just her usual worn out self after so much play. I immediately took her to our vet only to find out that she has kennel cough. After over 600 dollars of vet bills, i called Sanders K9 Inn to inform them. I was cut off mid-​sentence and in a very defensive (rude) way was told no other dogs had been sick so it was obviously my dog. Even IF that was the case, that’s not something you tell a dog owner when they call out of concern.
Hope no one else has a sick pup! Not that Sanders would comfort or care much

I REALLY REALLY wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t turn out the way other Unilocalers’ did.
After more than 2 weeks of boarding, our 13 lb dog lost 3 lbs, his appetite, and a lot of energy. We took our dog to the vet and the fecal test came back positive for Giardia.
Prices were great but it will be a long time before we give this place another try.
