I placed an order online because there were about 15 people ahead of me and I had to get to school. I waited 10 minutes before someone called my name and it wasn’t to pick up the smoothie I had ordered. They called me to tell me that they didn’t carry the drink I ordered. Why does it not say the drink is unavailable on the Starbucks app if they don’t carry it? I was super late for school and I wasn’t able to go buy breakfast anywhere else. First and last time I go here!

Not good customer service to start off. They take your order and make it. It’s too transaction. I think they should improve a bit. Location is a bit crowded.

Love this location! Sure the employees can be standoffish at times, but they have warmed up to me. Some even know me by name! I’ve placed my order in person and over the app(mobile order). I’ve never had a problem! I come here at least 4 times a week! The employees are always busy and working at fast as they can!

I would not be coming to this Starbucks if it wasn’t for the fact that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. For starters, there are only two women in there that are friendly. [Sadly, I do not even know if they are there anymore because I am so reluctant to come to this Starbucks.| Every single employee aside from those two employees are rude. I’ve been here very many times although I do not always check-in. I understand that when a business is packed, that it will sometimes take a little longer for me to receive my customized beverage.(I mean, just think of supply vs. demand.) However, what I do not understand is how it still takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes for me to receive my drink when everyone else has already received their drinks(yes, this is obvious if you just look around the place), & I am the ONLYONETHERE. That, I cannot justify. Many times when I go in there, the person in front of me is usually engaging in a 10 minute conversation with the person at the register. They seem to be chatting up a storm, as if they have known one another their whole life. Then by the time I am finally greeted, the conversation is short & frank. I mean, was there any way the two could have stopped their conversation, allow me to place my order, & then get back to their conversation? Are these employees getting paid to talk to specific routine customers? I really don’t understand. Most of the time when I go into Starbucks, it’s either a hit or miss(in terms of how busy it is). Sometimes, it is extremely busy. Other times, it will just be myself. And then there are the times when I go in where the lady at the register is engaging in a everlasting conversation with someone, who has already paid for their drink. I literally stand there waiting just so I could order a drink. There have also been times when I have ordered water & have watched as someone fills up my water by pushing on the lever, allowing the water to trickle off their hand, ANDDIRECTLYINTOMYCUP. I don’t care if that is Starbucks’ famous triple filtered water, but if that water is going to trickle off someone else’s hand & directly into my cup, I will say something and/or throw away the water right after it’s been placed on the counter for my consumption. I know that it’s a company’s policy that all employees should wash their hands after using the restroom, but I do not personally know if that has been abided by. What is worse is that sometimes when it is the person at the register that is doing that, I do not know how many hands s/he has shaken prior to serving me water which has washed off his/her grime. Additionally, the cashiers touch money left & right… mind you.

Ehh, not very good at making the correct order. Not very friendly. Wish there was a real neighborhood coffee shop to get good coffee and friendlier service. This Starbucks just seems to «get ‘em in, and get ‘em out».

To start things off, this is my go to Starbucks. Not only is the closest one to my house, but it’s also given me perfect drinks each time and I order off of the Starbucks Secret Menu too! Today is Valentine’s Day and I decided to have them make 2 Red Starbursts for me and also a shot cup for my soon-to-be-born son. Tracey, a barista there was so enthusiastic about it, even given the traffic they were receiving that moment. This made for a nice little significant surprise for my girlfriend, and pleasant experience for me. Excellent customer service! I also got a little whip cream for my boy too!

Helps to know someone that works here apparently! I was on my way to school and stopped at this Starbucks for the first time. I was in a rush so I was relieved there were only 2 or 3 people in front of me. When the lady in front of me finished ordering and walked away I stepped up to the counter and the barista started asking«a regular» behind me what she wanted. I literally thought she was kidding until she turned around and started making her drink… wtf. No joke, she finished the regulars order behind me before she had even acknowledged I was there. She then took my order in under 10 words and zerooo eye contact. I’m not big critic of places(I think this is my first 1 or 2 star) but this was so stupid I had to post about it. Get it together Starbucks.

Everytime I go in, I get the same rude, unfriendly & annoyed cashier. EVERYTIME she asks me my name & rolls her eyes like she can’t stand my name or something. Never ever do I get«Hi! How can I help you today?» Or «Thank you, your drink will be up soon». I’ve even tried making small talk, but she clearly has no personality or social skills! Seriously?! Is Starbucks so secure that they don’t have any concern for how they treat their customers? I really hate going to this location & only do so when majority rules & that’s where my ride goes.

This place is such a cute and unique Starbucks store, too bad their customer service and drinks does not match the atmosphere. I just ordered a coffee and I could tell it was not fresh at all, tasted very stale and burnt. WAY too much money for a coffee of any kind, let alone one that tasted awful. I thought this could be my new stop for coffee on the way to work but I will have to keep looking.

This was a horrible experience and when I will prevent others from having!!! I went tot his Starbucks and 2 cashiers where arguing in front of me wanting to talk my order only to make me a mystery drink. .I ordered an Ice Coffe with a Caramel drizzle and got a white chalky layer of crap at the bottom of my cup. It was disgusting. When I asked about this, she brushed me off and told me that she could make me another one but she had to charge me… Seriously…Needless to say I won’t go back… Terrible representation of Starbucks standards…

My husband and I jokingly refer to this place as the«rude Starbucks» because we have been here so many times as it is close to our house but every single barista is rude every single time — to the point that it is unbelievable that you can get the same bad customer service so many times in a row.

I live walking distance from this shop and some employees are so awesome, but not this location and not this day. I asked for a refill and they didn’t even look at my cup and threw it in the trash and said«NO» our store is really cracking down on same store same visit. She didn’t look at my cup or drink. She didn’t ask for my receipt to see the location or time. She then asked what size I had and what I wanted. How about a refill and a hint of customer service??? Too much to ask, I guess ???

So it’s been a while, we’re out running errands and despite my last experience I gave this place another shot. Lol! What a frigging joke! Once again not busy but ur employees are so slow to the point a line forms anyways. How you going to mess up our drinks and then be rude about remaking it? The whole staff here is horrendous. No smiles. No customer service, even gives u attitude when you order cuz your bothering them right? They hate their jobs as much as customers hate their service. Your employees still suck Starbucks!

The baristas here are honestly hit or miss. Sometimes they’re nice and friendly, and sometimes they’re just off. My barista today, Scott, was frankly a little rude and impatient when I asked for the free pastry that I was supposed to receive as a part of the rewards card. I wish they would put a little more emphasis on customer service.

This is my closest Starbucks, but I avoid going here for one big reason: they never fill my drink to the top whenever I order a latte drink, whether hot or iced. In some cases, the drinks were a good half inch to a full inch from the rim covered by foam to hide how much less they’re giving me. It is so noticeable that you feel cheated after paying $ 4-$ 5 for a drink. Like if you’ve experienced the same. And I agree with other reviewers. The staff are not warm and friendly. I’ve definitey experienced better at other Starbucks. Thankfully, I have a choice to not come here.
