I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews when I thought that they did stellar with my experience here. Maybe because I came during the early morning before the lunchtime rush. The lady was super attentive to my details and was careful to correctly heat/​toast my sandwich. I got a breakfast sandwich so they also give a free breakfast coffee! Nice surprise. Their breakfast 6 inch and coffee combo for under $ 6? Great deal to me.

Just got served the worst subway ever! They are super greedy with the meats and veggies. I only got 2 pieces of everything I asked for. My subway came out more like a tortilla then a sandwich. I heard the customer behind me tell the employee to put on 4 times that while making her sandwich. Seems like the employees just want to take all the left overs home or something.

TERRIBLY PATHETIC. Id give zero stars. The workers here are not here to work but to chat… amongst each other. Come on dude, im getting late for my class, who cares if becky is rude, may I just have my sandwich? They need to learn how to change a pair of gloves as I saw one of the employees use the same pair for like 6 subs. Not all in a row, but with breaks, so-​to-​speak in between. Just learn something about food management. Anyways, not coming back here anymore.

Smells super funky. Is ran by a bunch of teenagers. You’ll smell like subway all day long.

Wow… The worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Please do not patronize this business/​subway. I eat gluten free and I have been to 10+ subways numerous times and often give them my own bread and they make my sandwich on that and toast it. I just asked to get the foot long portions in a bowl and I’d put it on the sandwich myself. Then asked if they could toast the bread. They said no… whatever. I’m fine with that. They then try to charge me more for a salad. Unbelievable. Beleen or what ever the name of the manager is is an idiot, and extremely unprofessional especially when I get the worst attitude I’ve been given in a while.

The only reason to come to this particular Subway is if you’re a student at Fullerton College (across the street) and you’re between classes. It’s always super crowded and cramped with almost no public parking. Or at least non permit-​only parking. As far as the quality of food goes, I can’t complain… it’s Subway, who cares? Customer service is spotty. It gets two stars from me for seating and atmosphere. For the huge volume of customers this place gets on a daily basis, you’d think they would make it a little bigger. Or at least put some tables out on that huge empty patio if theirs. My advice; skip the boring sandwhich and try the awesome burrito place a couple doors down.

Worst subway ever. I’ve had nothing but problems here. All the employees have to do is listen. Most of them look at me with a blank stare like I’m speaking another language. I get the same sandwich every time, cold cut on 9 grain honey oat with lettuce, mayo, honey mustard, salt and pepper, and vinegar. Nothing too fancy. But almost every time there isn’t enough or too much so something and if you ask to fix it expect to get attitude. Good luck if you plan on eating here…

Stingy, dirty, very hot and uncomfortable, rude and unhappy employees. It really bothers me how they charge for «extra avocado» when in reality thats how much they really should put on. Oh and they now charge to toast your bread. WTF?

Yo I eat subway like every other night, nice employee, good food, can’t really complain about subway. I love that its 24 hours, saves my life

This is absolutely the worst subway I have been to and trust me I have been to many AND I used to be a sandwich artist. I only come here because by the time I get out of my lab between lab and lecture I get so hungry. So I have been here enough times to know that I don’t like it but I am left with no choice.
The first thing is the service there is just no customer service they really don’t know what they are doing and it’s making sandwiches. My worst was when I ordered a tuna and I asked for a think line of mustard since it isn’t my favorite and they put a super thick layer this was the messiest sandwich mustard all over the place. Then when my classmate and I want to split an footling we ask them to cut it in half since we want different things and one of the girls there refuses to cut it and make it together… WHAT? I really can’t explain in detail why this subway bothers me so but I haven’t had a good experience here at all. My classmates also haven’t had the best experience with the staff here either. I will say it is Subway so you can’t go too wrong as far as the food goes… BUT then again my other classmate got food poisoning from the baked chicken. I really don’t know how to feel about this place… I haven’t been back though since my classmate got sick.
She called corporate (this was about 3 weeks ago) and they told her the owner would call her… She’s still waiting… Like I said I haven’t been back and I doubt I will…

Horrid service-​poorly managed! I work at the college so I go here often. IT SUCKS-​all the time! There is a bunch of teenagers who are clueless and a manager who is a jerk and stupid. They argue with you over stupid stuff and they don’t have all the sandwich items available. Like today they had no tomatoes. How in the world can you have a subway and not have tomatoes in stock??? DUH get a clue-​managing means making sure the store is stocked, the customers are happy and the place is clean. However this manager (I think it is Liz or Liza) seems to think it is about watching over people’s shoulders and arguing with customers. I have had so many problems with this subway I refuse to EVER go back! The subway by Chomp’s is so much nicer, better staff and they have all the items needed! The owner needs to fire that ridiculous manager by the college, she is just a witch and argumentative! HORRID not to mention the RIDICULOUS lines!

Great place to get lunch while at school. I tend to come here since the cafeteria on campus (Fullerton College) is extremely overpriced and the workers there seem to always accuse students of stealing. This is a typical subway like any other, but the service is always great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Can get crowded during peak times.

Before my visit, I have never eaten at a Subway before, and probably will never eat at Subway again (or at least not at this branch). I told the first server on the line that I’m a new customer and she was quite impatient with me. I guess she wanted to keep the line moving, but she could have been more helpful. She was obviously annoyed coz she says «WHICH BREAD?» and «WHICH SANDWICH?!». «WHICH CHEESE?» in this cold and impatient tone. I told her from the start that I was a new customer and she shouldve maybe suggested me something good because I would’ve trusted whichever one she picks… but no, instead she was cold and… mechanical. No customer friendliness, just a robot doing your sandwich.
I’m used to eating at Lee’s Sandwiches because it was closer to my school, and I believe I like their system better. Subway may get your food out faster, but atleast I dont have to deal with cranky servers.
