I have to start by saying that I have always a good experience at Subway in general. However, this location REALLYSUCKS!!! I had a Tuna and they practically spread a thin layer of tuna and when I told them they said that it was the new way all subways were. Upon leaving I went to the one on Harbor bl and they did a great job. So this review is not for all subways but that specific location. If anyone reads this DONOT waste your money going to that location. There are other locations close enough where you will get the service expected from subway. I will write a direct complaint to the corporation because they do not represent what is expected! For sure, i will never go to that location again!

Best deal ever drove me to eat here. eFoodie sent me a coupon for buy a drink get a free footlong. I ordered the spicy Italian on jalapeño bread. Just added cucumbers bell peppers banana peppers and toasted it. Yum! The cool thing about this Subway was they have a couch with a faux fireplace and a tv in the restaurant. It was like eating at home. Thought the idea was unique so I shared it.

The new flatizza have good flavors but the flat bread turns super hard after 3 minutes :/kinda hurts to eat it after a while I guess you get what you pay for … Came with a free mosquito …

Don’t bother wasting your time texting your order. I did, then called to confirm they had it. Not only did they not have my text, they couldn’t even confirm the number they receive texts on. So I then had to take the time to give the order all over again by phone. Don’t bother to look at the map that’s posted either. They moved locations a year ago and the old location is still the one on the Unilocal map.

Good place to grab and go, however(and this is a complaint of most Subway’s I’ve been to) the quality of the food varies wildely visit-to-visit. I’ve had some great sandwiches and then the next visit I get a meatball sandwich with cold meatballs(it happened here). If you’re in a hurry and you generally get your hot subs toasted then you’ll probably be fine. As for me, eh I think I’ll just try someplace else.

4 stars in regards to comparing it to other Subways. There’s at least 5 Subway sandwich shops within driving distance of my work but I have to say this one is my favorite. Yea it’s in a scary seedy strip mall full of scary bums and meth addicts but this Subway is staffed with super friendly employees who greet you upon entering, tell you to enjoy your meal, and say goodbye when you leave. Simple gesture that makes the customer feel good and for some reason most places avoid doing. There’s plenty of seating including a couch and they have a flat screen TV. Food is the same as any subway but unlike the one on Orangethorpe this one actually honors current promotions going on. They also have creamy sriracha sauce which has a nice kick to it which apparently is just a test run at certain select locations. For those counting calories this is a great place to have a meal! If you go on their web page you can calculate the exact calorie count of your sub after customizing it with the toppings & sauces of your choice. P. S. People mention this place being open 24 hours and having some state of the art soda machine… that isn’t here at this location. This is in the same plaza as the USPS.

This subway has the same basic structure and menu as many other subway’s that you’ll come across. However what sets this location apart from any other location that i’ve been to, is the lounge. The owner of this particular spot decided to spend a little bit more and include a nice lounge area inside the store. It has a small couch, coffee table and a TV for the customers. Personally I really like this addition and it makes me feel more welcomed and inclined to come back. The sandwiches are good and the employees are always friendly, even when I tend to start up random conversations with them. The store is always clean and the owner/manager seems really nice and approachable.

First, this is not a review for the subway that is on St College and Chapman, many of the reviews that are posted here are. This is a review for the Subway that is located accross the street from 7 – 11 near the post office. I can see where it is confusing, there are three subways on chapman just blocks apart. Since there are SO many subways and they are independantly owned, I cannot understand the thought process of the management of this location. They were accross the street for twenty years, and I never had the yucky feeling I have about this one, and this is a MUCH nicer location. My issue is with the workers and the music. I get it, new generation likes tattoos. I remember being stupid too and even I will admit some of them look pretty cool. However, I dont want my food touched and made by someone with a tattoo on their neck. I dont think it is too much to ask to have people who chose to have these decorations to be able to conceal them for appearances. But my real complaint is the music. About 85% of the time, it is hardcore techno dance music. REALLY contradicts with the alleged relaxing, inviting atmosphere of the fire place they have there. Most recently, there was very inappropriate rap music playing. I was there with my daughter, and that is certainly not music I would allow her to listen to at home. When I look around at their patrons, it is clear, this music is about the workers, not about the customers. The tattoos are about the workers expressing themselves and their rights to appear how they want, customers be damned. I think I will just go over three blocks east to the other subway.

First of all, high five to anyone that wasn’t too high to notice that this location is NOT the State College & Chapman location. To the rest of you snoozers that raved about the ’24 hour’ location, this ain’t it. They were originally on the other side of Chapman, close to a Little Caeser’s Pizza and a Flame Broiler I think before they switched locations to the current Postal Village location. Kind of a seedy location, if you ask me, complete with boozers wandering in and out of the liqour store that’s in close proximity. Other than that, this location boasts sammich makers that have a perpetual FML expression on their faces and a super lackluster greeting of ‘Welcome to subway :(. They make the sammiches just fine, though watching your chicken getting scooped isn’t ideal. Still, we got our sammies and took a seat on the couch(mm hmm, I said couch!) in front of the blue screened TV. We tried turning it on, and guess what? No dice. Looked like someone forgot to pay the Time Warner bill. Bummer. The other thing that got me though? The fireplace, even if it’s fake, should have been lit up. It looked so cold and… sad. Pretty uninviting place. I’ll probably come back when I’m in the area again, but probably just to order my sammich and skedaddle on out of there. Life’s too short to be depressed where you sit down to nosh.

Seriously, what the fuck are these people reviewing about? Chicken Marinara? Footlongs? It’s a motherfucking subway. Here’s the low-down: 1.25 Stars for the awesome soda machine 1.25 Stars for being open 24 hours Service is shit here. I guess the closer you are to CSU Fullerton, the more you get a crap service. I knew a former employee that quit because those bastards are racists. But anyway, you walk through the door and you get the most blunt and dry greeting ever, «…welcome.to subway…» and in their head they’re thinking«FUCKMYLIFE! I wish I can quit my job.» The end. Get your footlong, play with the soda machine and leave.

Subway is basically consistent everywhere. They are always friendly here. Good food. I could eat lunch here most days. They’re pretty quick too.

This review is only for the Chicken Marinara Melt. So, I’ve been to this subway quite often and honestly always got some pretty darn good subs. BUT, alas all good things come to an end. I’ve always been a sucker for the $ 5 sub of the months and was feeling adventurous so I decided to go get the Chicken Marinara Melt(SOOOO adventurous). Anyways, you would think the easiest part of training for a subway would be to operate the toaster oven right??? Apparently I was wrong, I got my sub, unwrapped it, and it was as cold as the ice water i just got… I could barely finish the sub. Overall I’m not one to complain about subways but this was a terrible experience.

Really? The people making sandwiches are so slow, and never listen to what I am saying. Super annoying. but it is nice that they are open 24 – 7.

I went to subway this morning to get sandwiches for a group outing, and I have to say this was the best subway experience I have ever had. Subway is Subway, this particular Subway, every employee welcomed me happily and with many smiles to give! It was so nice and even genuine. Best customer service I have had in months! Yes this Subway rules, since it is open 24 hours, great way to start the day!

(Head tilted back to the left, lokes on tight, hand in pockets… reading the menu board…) Hmmm? I wonder… hey… when did they start serving coffee? Wow. I bet it’s gross. What ever dude, you need the caffeine. Get a coke too while you’re at. No, that’s too much. Your head will explode and you need to stay functional. Alrigh…What? Breakfast sandwiches? Really? Bacon, eggs, cheese… yadiyadiyadda… Western Omelette blahblahblah… are they serious? It’s gotta be better than most fast food breakfast-crap. Hmmm??? Dude! It’s 10 am and you are pretty hungry… and that Italian Sandwich thing that you thought you wanted, don’t sound all that good anymore. And, you’ll most likely work yourself through lunch and just suck on Gatorade and cigarettes on your break. Yeah, that sounds about right. So get the fricken’ breakfast sandwich. Proteins, carbs. Go! «Hi, good morning. Could I please…» And so it was, that Kione had found his NEWFAVORITE breakfast sandwich EVER! Flat bread wrapped around a hefty omelette, wrapped around 2 strips of bacon with cheddar cheese, bell peppers and onions. Nuked to perfection. And the coffee flavored water… wasn’t coffee. But, that’s ok. It’s ALL about the breakfast sandwiches.
