The UPS Store

Was just here quickly to drop something off. The guy working in the front was very friendly and polite. There was another customer in front of me but he still made both of us feel acknowledged.

Came back with an Amazon ups label and they charge for tape! Been to another store and have never heard of this!

Yvette Lopez is a fantastic representative of UPS! Yvette had a line of four people waiting when I walked in. She quickly and efficiently met the needs of each customer. In my case, she went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful to me. On two different occasions she called her supervisor to make sure she was giving me the most accurate information. Give this employee a raise!

Adrian (Adrienne? not sure how to spell her name) is awesome! She went above and beyond to help me pack and send off my package. She catered to my needs and was so helpful. It’s rare to find excellent customer service like this these days. Highly recommend this place based on my interaction with her. She measured my item, got me a box, helped me wrap it, tape it and even custom cut the box to help keep things cost effective. Great service! Thanks Adrian! I will be back for future shippings.

This is my go to store if I need any print services or if I need to ship anything because it’s always cheap and fast. The sales associates was not only very attentive and friendly but, she was very funny! I think her name is Nicole but I highly recommend this store I also have a box here and they also let me call to check if I have any mail so I don’t have to waste any gas.

Perhaps I caught him on an off-​day, but Greg the manger here is awful! I’ve been to this location a few times before and have had normal interactions with him, but I’ll be taking my shipping needs to FedEx in the future. Today Greg exploded at me over a packing surcharge on my bill. I was shipping a gift and purchased two boxes at the store, a gift box and a shipping box. Those were each $ 7 and $ 6. It cost $ 24 for UPS ground and the total was about $ 40. Pretty hefty. When I got back to my car, I realized they charged me an extra $ 2.50. When I called to ask what the extra charge was, they said it was for the tape to close up the boxes. Ridiculous. Never before at any other UPS store, FedEx or the post office had I needed to pay an extra few bucks for tape. Plus I had purchased the two boxes at their own store. When I went back store to try to get a credit back for the tape, I was talking to an employee named Anthony. I told Anthony that he should have told me that to tape the box it would be an extra charge, and that it was inconvenient to have to come back to deal with this. All of a sudden, Greg the manager jumped into the conversation and started going off on me! He said he thinks Anthony did the right thing charging me extra for tape and that I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way, etc. I was appalled that Greg would speak to a customer this way. Certainly not befitting of a manager. To save yourself the hassle of dealing with Greg, I’d recommend taking your shipping needs elsewhere.

Store hours say they’re open from 8:30 — 6:00 Monday-​Friday. It is 8:41 and I am literally standing outside this location with a package that needs to be returned to Amazon. I have been waiting out here since 8:10. Probably never coming back here again.
