Will definitely come back. Customer service was on point, food was fresh and delicious. Can always appreciate a clean and NOT so loud of a place, I actually really enjoyed the background music, so Thank YOU!

Blah food, impersonal service, high priced. Drive a couple more blocks to panda, on Brea and imperial, or find an independent restaurant worth the price.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I have been going to the pick up sticks on chapman for years and have never had a problem. Went to this location a couple times the first time food was way over cooked and dry then the second time I went they messed up my order I didn’t notice until after I got home it’s a 20 min drive I called and complained and was told they would comp my entire order. That was a little over a week ago I just called to see if I could get my order now and the girl said because no one else called saying they got the wrong food they would not comp my order. Don’t understand how it matters if anyone else called when they messed up my order. I can say I am very disappointed they girl on the phone was extremely rude. Definitely will not be back at this location.

This location is lacking employees and service. One cook can not do all of the food orders. U can tell he was stressed and he over cooked our meals… I hope a manager can look at this problem and resolve it! Not fair for staff and customers!

Cashier had great customer service skills. Very welcoming and polite. Food was underwhelming. Chow mein was overcooked and soggy. Vegetables on stir fry are raw. Egg roll had more wrapping than filling. Teriyaki chicken was good minus the over flooding of teriyaki sauce.

Just a guilty pleasure of mine… House beef all day! I ask for it spicy and to make it crispy.

The service is fast and the food taste delicious. Call ahead of time for pick up and don’t forget to enter your telephone number for loyalty reward.

This place has really gone downhill from when it first launched several years ago. Pickup Stix used to be high quality Asian fast-food. Now it’s really low quality. I had the General Tso Chicken, which a used to love. The dish I had now was just a deep fried, salty mess covered in sauce. I will not be coming back!

This location is great. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience here. On this trip, I placed a to-go order in the store. The girl was very friendly. My order only took about 10 minutes(it’s normally longer when I order in the store like that) to be completed. My only complaint with this trip is that they gave me white rice instead of the brown rice I ordered. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing when you don’t realize until you’re already home.

I was taking care of some other business in the area with a friend, and decided to stop by here for lunch. It is a small establishment but its well decorated, clean, and plenty of seating. The employees that were working were both very friendly. The chick working the cash register showed us the menu and pointed items out that we may be interested in. I went with the beef and broccoli dish with their chow mien, while my friend ordered the teriyaki chicken dish. My beef and broccoli was pretty good, though they also add carrots which I didn’t find necessary(though I normally love carrots). For the other plate, the chicken was pretty tender, but drenched in a little too much sauce for my taste. The chow mien didn’t cut it for me though, so that was a disappointment. The price was rather high, so that’s a slight upset. But in all, the meal wasn’t bad. I left decently happy and full. But I cant quite say the food lived up to my expectations. Keep in mind, the service was great and the atmosphere is nice, so it wasn’t a displeasure to dine there at least.

My previous comment about prices being increased was incorrect. A recent visit showed that prices have remained consistent. Service is still excellent and the quality and quantity of the food is good.

Horrible food that is overpriced. I’ve been here maybe 5 times in all and have never liked the food. I was hungry and in a hurry so I thought I’d give them another chance — BIGMISTAKE. I feel nauseous and might have to induce vomiting if it gets much worse. My stomach is not happy. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. I regularly shop in this plaza and wish they’d close down and make room for something that I could actually enjoy. Please, shut it down. I don’t want to ever make this mistake again.

Save your money and get a better value and go to Panda. Atleast you can get few more items about the same price. Chow mein dark and saucy and was drenched in soy sauce, firecracker chicken was crunchy, over battered, hard and of course drowning in soy sauce. IMHO I think they only use 1 condiment to flavor their food, it all tasted the same.

Terrible customer service. The cooks in the back took forever to come out once I placed order. Then the girl at the register — Faviola?- had the worst customer service ever. Dropping food on the floor and chomping her gum. How about«sorry for the wait» or «it will be just another minute.» Or better yet, «here’s a free egg roll for your 20 minute wait for rice.»

I only came here because I had a coupon for a free kids meal and it was STILL expensive for a lunch combo it comes with rice OR chow mein not both I’ve never even heard of that also doesn’t even come with a drink why is it a combo then? For just one plate it it was 9.27 $ that’s with the free kids meal this is ridiculous 9 $ for just an entrée and rice and a egg roll? I can go to panda and get two entrees rice AND chow mein AND a drink all for 7 $ and some change this is crazy we won’t be coming back

Polite staff, greeted everyone with a smile. But food? I wouldn’t know. Got my food to go and tried to eat it as I’m stuck on traffic and still going around town due to work, but look! No utensils. Staff asked if I need a plate but didn’t supply utensils or fail to mention the placement because I sure as heck did not see them. An hour and a half later, the delicious smell of kung pao chicken and fried rice is still teasing me.

Where’s the beef! I ordered Beef and Broccoli and it was mostly carrots not even broccoli. Forget the beef. What little beef was in the dish was very small and did not even have any taste. We also ordered a chicken curry dish that was suspect at best. The white rice for both dishes was not even cooked thoroughly. This is the last time I will give Pick up stix a try. Do yourself a favor and try Twin Dragon on Idaho and Imperial Highway. It is a 1000 times better and a lot cheaper. :-(

Every few years I always buffon my way into this place because for some reason people go to pick up stix, and they have locations all over including this one in Fullerton. I assume Im going to find something… anything…thats good… that would make sense of why they have customers. It never happens… Im never satisfied.. . I dont think this place is for me.

I pretty much come here whenever I get a coupon sent to my email. LOL — Pretty salty, but better than Panda. THE reason why I have HTN. — Slightly more expensive than Panda — More Asian ambiance than Panda. LOL — They need one in NorCal! — 25 cent cream cheese wanton Tuesday — Free 6 piece Wanton on your Birthday! $ 4.00 value — They do $ 4.99 lunch combos(email promo) Tues/Wed — Order dinner a la carte and it comes with white or brown rice. — I tried pretty much everything. Taste Americanize so they have the typical favorites, Orange chicken, Mongolian beef, Pad thai etc. — Free Chicken Entrée when you buy a drink and entrée(email promo)

Went this location since it was next to my haircut store. It was pretty empty for even lunch time(not a good sign). Tried the chicken fried rice but tasted very bland. I had to douse it with soy sauce to even get some flavor in it. I had to play this game of diving for chicken. There is so little chicken in the rice, that if you find it, its like winning the lotto. I FOUNDCHICKEN!!! OMG, I FINALLYFOUNDCHICKEN!!! THANKTHEMAKERTHAT I FINALLYFOUNDSOMEPIECEOFCHICKENINMYFRIEDRICE! When you do find the chicken, they are small bits of meat(if you even want to call it meat) that are even small for a mouse or small dog. But they also give you so much frickin bean sprouts. I don’t have a problem with bean sprouts but man every single bite had at least 3 – 5 bean sprouts in it, I mean c’mon give me some frickin chicken in each bite or every other bite at least. Do yourself a favor and go to Pei Wei or hell, go to Panda Express, at least their fried rice has some chicken flavor in it somewhere.
