I went in today looking for a particular shoe.
I was shocked to see how small of a selection they have. The ladies were very helpful and they directed me to a Vans outlet.

Great Van’s store!
I had previously purchased a pair of Van’s at the store in Whittier, but they didn’t have the size I was looking for. I brought the ones I purchased into this store to exchange.
I first called to make sure they had the size I needed and the girl over the phone was super helpful. She was very sweet and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her to check on sizes.
When I got to the store they had the shoes put away and made an easy exchange. Of course I shopped around and purchased a couple more pairs for myself and my little one. The girl who I believed I was speaking with on the phone was the one helping me in store. I tried on a couple pairs and she grabbed all the shoes with a happy smile. Even the guy working with her was very nice as well.
I am very pleased with the service here, Van’s has some great employees! Even the Whittier experience was a great one too.

Never been so disappointed on the quality of service there I brought some shoes to return with out a receipt cause I lost it Jenna the cashier was doing everything to help me out to find the shoes sku but then came out the douchy store manager Danny and told her to create a fake sku and sell them for 15 dollars are you kidding me not even my time or the drive
Jenna was really attentive and amazing she was hearing me out through all this and she was just an associate and the «store manager» Danny was being rude and didn’t want to hear me out and cutting me off because of that never will I shop there again or the people I know will shop there again

My go to vans store. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Not like others where u have to somehow flag someone down to get ur size, they tend to you. Yes it is pretty small but they have the necessitates. Parking isn’t too bad.
Love the low cut no shoe socks but for 3 pairs it’s about $ 12.pretty pricey if u ask me but I am a fan!

These guys saved my life! I was on my way to work and had forgotten my work shoes. Luckily I Unilocaled them and saw they were on my way. They got me in and out in just a few minutes. Thanks guys! You rock!

I went to this vans today and Jon helped my wife and I pick out a pair of shoes for my 5 yo son. He was very helpful and took his time with us. After we pick out a pair of shoes we asked to speak with his manager and thank him. I went to the manager and told him how helpful Jon was and noticed his name was Jon too. Well, I want to say thank you to both jon’s. You were both very nice and helpful… Thank you
