Drove through, orders a tea with 5 sugars and within a minute I was out. What more could you ask for?

$ 7.00 because I wanted an iced coffee with my bagel sandwich!!! I think not. While the staff dictated that it was a «Dunkin Donuts Rule» that you can’t get iced instead of a hot coffee, which it is not, it’s actually a rule of the local owner/​operator.
The shift manager, Tanya, was also very rude, calling me «honey» and saying that this is how it is.
Poor customer service for a store that is directly in front of a Thruway exit which I’m sure experiences a lot of travelers.
