Do Not use this company. They have new ownership and do not show up to complete their jobs. They do not keep up with their paperwork and claim charges that have not occurred. I called 4 days in a row to get information about our account and didn’t get a call until day 7. Save your time call someone else.

I can’t comment on the quality of their work b/​c I could NOT get them to actually show up! Scheduled a week in advance, they confirmed appointment on a Wed and then called later in the day to tell me they would not be able to make it and would come on Thursday. There was some rain on Thursday, which is likely why the didn’t show up but they didn’t call to tell me and only reconfirmed for the following morning/​Friday at 8Am after I called them. Then no-​showed again on Friday only to text me later to tell me that I was ‘slightly outside of their service area’…which would have been the case when I scheduled the appointment a week before! If their work is at the same terrible level their customer service is at, I’d recommend staying away.

This company reneged on a Groupon deal. They simply didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment and didn’t call either. After repeated attempts to get in touch with them, the owner lied and said Groupon had pulled the deal. Eventually, the truth came out that he didn’t want to honor the deal because a lot of people signed up for it. Groupon did refund my money so I stand by Groupon’s ethics, but not by Neighborhood Lawn Service’s.

I use Neighborhood Lawn for mowing and they are always on time and do a great job. Last summer I needed help moving an entertainment center and they actually stopped mowing to help me move it. Really nice guys. I had them take over my fertilization and weed control last fall… I had Eastern Turf previously… since switching the lawn has never looked better. Highly recommend!
