They have the worst customer service all around. It’s ok when you don’t have a problem, but when you do, they’re horrible to deal with. We we tried to disconnect a line from our account because one of my siblings had moved. They kept telling us to call the corporate, then corporate told us to go back to the store. This went on for at least 4, 5 times until they charged us $ 200 for 2 months of the bill where it was supposed to be disconnected 2 months ago. Do not use them, I thought AT&T was bad, but apparently Alltel can manage to do worse
