Why can’t these guys be everywhere instead of Subway!!! Love the food and stop when I can. The crew at this store is incredible! More smiles than you’ll know what to do with and very professional.
I forgot to look at the name tags while here today, but they were all great! Store and restrooms were very clean.
Price point is far better than Subway, as is the quality. I eat at Subway often out of convenience, but would choose these guys everyday if I could.

Normally, we love to eat at firehouse subs. But this particular location did NOT lend to us the experience we have grown to appreciate from others. The crew was sloppy and very poorly executing orders. The cashier had mayo on her face and was cleaning her teeth from her recent meal. Every single individual in the restaurant had not received their meal yet, and we counted 20 very upset people. After waiting a while and seeing order after order go out an then get returned to be re-​done because it was made incorrectly, we decided to just ask for our money back because we didn’t want to wait. When we asked for a refund, the manager handed us our money without saying a word, much less an apology. Not impressed.

I’ve not been to a ton of different Firehouse locations but this felt like the biggest store I’ve ever been in before. Stopped on a road trip so I could avoid McDonalds or other burger options. The place was packed with a lunchtime crowd but my sub came out in what felt like a reasonable amount of time. Word to the wise… The subs are good but a sub is NOT the best option to eat on the road!
