The staff at this office were extraordinarily helpful. I went in after spending literally hours on the Web and on the phone attempting to set up a new AT&T Internet account myself. It took three people at this store to untangle whatever glitch AT&T’s fubar customer«service» system had attached to my account … but they persisted, in good humor, with a lot of reassurance, taking obviously intelligent trouble-shooting steps and using good teamwork, until they finally got it to work. If you must use AT&T, you definitely want a team like this on your side. Well done!

One employee means having to wait 50 minutes to pay a bill. this location might as well be a mall kiosk. I think the friend I went with will finally be switching to auto pay. EDIT: It took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don’t particularly blame the attendant, I blame whoever scheduled one employee to run this place. Lord only knows how long the poor old lady that walked in right behind us had to wait. I do, however, blame the attendant for the obnoxious techno music. At least they had an iPad I could play with.
