Service has always been pretty bad along with the atmosphere which is always ridiculously loud. Food is alright, I do like the Buffalo mac and cheese.

My boyfriends drink came quick, everything I ordered they had run out of, after 30 mins I still hadn’t received my drink or food. There’s plenty of staff standing around chatting.

My family has been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for years. Our experience today is just plain terrible. Nobody came to take our drink order until 10 minutes later when my husband gave the host a stink eye. The entire restaurant is only 1⁄3 full and our order took forever. When our wings finally came, they were only seasoned on one side. The cook didn’t even bother to toss them. We asked to speak with the manger who offered extra sauces and seasoning salts as a solution. For the price we were paying, we shouldn’t have to season our wings ourselves at the table. Lousy customer service and improper prepared food shouldn’t even deserve a star.

I went with my friend at this location to try it out. I have always like bww… But this location did not please me at all. The server was it very enthusiastic and did not even seem to want to help out! The food wasn’t great either. At other locations I found the atmosphere to be much better. Very disappointed with this spot!

Not impressed at all. Wings were soggy and sauce tasted more like vinegar than a buffalo sauce. Lemon pepper wings were under seasoned and mango habenero was just ok.

Went this Sunday for dinner with fiends. And the reason for my low rating is the uncooked chicken that was served to me on my bbq chicken salad. What a disgrace. The thought of being sick while eating my dinner makes me sick. Been here before and I liked it but this last visit made me very sad.

Went here today for lunch. There were not very many people dining in. Our server was very inattentive and forgetful. (Will edit review and update with her name). Food was okay, took over 25 mins to make 5 boneless wings, and a little longer for a basket of potato wedges.
One of the managers was very helpful though and quickly got me blue cheese (that I had asked our server for 7 mins prior) and, basically, stepped in to make sure we were accommodated.
Definitely not a place I will go to on my lunch break again, unless its for a To Go order. Think it was most frustrating because there were not very many people in restaurant and there appeared to be alot of BWW staff idling and joking with one another.

Boneless wings were burnt and cold. Service was below average, took 40 minutes to receive fries and wings, prices are fair and can’t beat the amount of TV’s I would only go back if I was feeling cheap.

What can I say, it’s a corporate establishment. The wings here are good, although I wish they had a hotter dry rub recipe than Desert Heat, which I find too sweet, so I go with their Buffalo dry rub and ask for a ramekin of blazing for dipping.
The service here is good, excellent actually if you can score a waiter named Gio. He’s AWESOME!
Their «captains» can be a bit annoying — what purpose do they serve anyway?

Waited for the waitstaff for over 15 mins just to take our drink order but was never acknowledged. I told the hostess but no one came over. The staff was more worried about tv station equipment than the customers. We left and went to BJs where the service was MUCH better!

If it wasn’t for the diverse sauces and the kids loving wings I wouldn’t come back to this location — the service at this location is the pits. Long waits for service and food topped off with staff that doesn’t really seem to care about your experience.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because their wings was good. However, the waitress was not very kind and seems like she has an attitude. It took forever for her to wait on us and the food took to long even though we only ordered wings. The table was also wet when we sat down and they didn’t even clean it. Bad service overall. Would not recommend

I hadn’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in over a year. Why because I was upset with the quality of the food. The Hot Wings, not so hot, they WERE dry in the past. The Mango Habanero? Eh not was I was liking. BUT today my son was asking for wings and I thought, okay we will just try BWW again. So we went. I can honestly say now I hate you and I love you all at the same time.
Hate you because you didn’t announce anywhere that I saw that you changed «something» that something was for the better! YAY!!! Love you, because even the Hot Wings are great, great taste, and great «hot», they were not dry this go around. The Mango Habanero, damn they made me sweat! My nose was running my lips wants to curl up and hide! Enjoyed every moment of the wings. Mind you my son and I took them home to eat. We enjoy watching the other one «suffer» through the joys of having a great wing!

Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in for a burger.
I’ve been to a number of these franchise restaurants.
This location seems to draw more of a diverse crowd from the rural area.
There were a lot of families and large groups.
The service is about what you would expect. I ordered a cheeseburger with tomato & mayo but no lettuce.
I got lettuce and no tomato. The server just kinda laughed and said… well how’s the burger… good, right?

Best part about our visit was watching our server walk the floor. Gio. Nice. He was full of smiles, professional and looked dang good in his BWW uniform.
Bacon cheeseburger was ok– I ate it all. (personally I prefer a leaf of lettuce as opposed to shredded lettuce) Shoestring fries were good. Daughter loved her traditional wings and carrots w/​ranch and son liked his chicken tenders. Ice-​Tea was really good. The place itself was huge, full and TVs everywhere. I noticed all the servers smiling. They seemed to get along and knew what they were doing.
A-​OK lunch for us.
***You know what??? I had to edit this… It just hit me… I didn’t get any bacon on my bacon cheeseburger!!! WTH? Dangit! eh. keep your three stars.

Good to take the kids to or check out a game. The staff is friendly and pretty attentive. Can get busy depending on what is on in the world of sports, but they handle it pretty well. Food is good but not great. We go pretty regularly and enjoy it.

From the wing and price prospective you can’t go wrong with BWW; however, I have yet to go into one and not get my order wrong on some level. Drinks, Food, or just plain terrible personalities. Today was no different we go take out the food took way to long to long we ordered wings and sandwich. The sandwich was cold when we got it. Good thing we could go home and warm it up!
The wings are the only reason BWW gets 2 stars.

I took my family out this evening for dinner at the local BW3s in Gainesville and when we arrived and were seated our server greeted us and took our order and everything when downhill from there. First, she informed me there was no coffee, as the machine was not working properly, so I chose a soft drink, which never got refilled. Then it took approximately 45 minutes to receive our order, 3 burgers, all of which were burnt and dried out and an order of wings. When we asked for mayo for the burgers the server told us she couldn’t find any as it was not where they normally kept it been, so we didn’t even have condiments! Our server then avoided us for the next 20 minutes until she finally came back to see if we wanted anything else, nothing but the check at that point; worst dining experience in NOVA ever!

This place is my wing heaven :)
Been here several times with mixed quality of service. I’ve had orders of traditional wings come out in 10 mins and some have even taken 45 minutes. The chicken probably ran out of the door :)
The wings have never been a disappointment. My favorite is the wild and mango habanero.
Selection of beers are great. Love Guinness on tap.
I’m there once a month with my little boys to pamper ‘em, trying to be a good dad;)…while I enjoy my share: p
