Took over two hours to deliver, made the pizza wrong, didn’t bring the wings I was charged for. Save yourself the hassle, call anyone else.

Never seen a small walk in Pizza Hut like a dominos. Service was very quick and quite friendly. Pizza was hand tossed with garlic crust. It was on special 7.99 large 2 item. Wasn’t bad a change from Dominos.

What has happened to Pizza Hut When I called they did not even say Pizza Hut — they said pizza hold? Did not wait for my response? Ordered hot dog pizza Must have been two day old dough as it was very flat? Almost like thin Fed to my dog Whatever is going on it just keeps getting worse

Excellent pizza and on time delivery. Went for pick up to the pizza hut and got pizzas on time. The taste and texture was good.

Both my husband and son have been throwing up after eating the pizza last night — fairly certain it’s food poisoning. I called the store and let the manager know what pizza they both ate(sausage and bacon), and without even looking he said I’m sure the products are in date. Well, I certainly hope no one else gets sick you careless idiot.

On the rebound, the new menu drew me to check out PH again. Delivery was on time(as estimated) online tool was easy to use, and the delivered results were accurate. my beef is they still do not use insulated bags and the food is rather cool compared to other places delivering I definitely do not expect the food home cooked hot, but I am merely making the comparison. definitely on the upswing ! keep up the progress, much better than in the past.(based on 2 recent deliveries)

We order Pizza fairly often. My beef with this particular Pizzahut is the prices are all over the place. You ask if there are any specials and they might or might not give you one. We had asked one night and were told no and while my husband is there picking up our order someone is picking up the same two large two topping pizzas at way cheaper than what we ordered. Please do yourself a favor and STOP. This is not very good for customer relationship. If my husband had not asked why ours was more we would have ended up paying the higher amount as we did earlier in the week. JUSTPLEASEBEFAIR!

I rarely ever dish a one star but this place earned it and I’m about to cover a spectrum of fails here. To start and be fair, delivery was timely. Next, no beverages, they were left behind. Then we discover the pizza was very soggy in the center and appeared uncooked, you can see the cooked and uncooked layers. The cheese was definitely not melted thoroughly. We called the store to report the forgotten beverages and let them know that the pizza were soggy. A person by the name Reza claimed to be the manager didn’t know how to fix the situation other than offering a credit to us even though we paid cash, we asked him twice if the manager was there … This dinner and service was awful enough to write this unfortunately.

Ordering over the phone was a mistake this time. The guy working convinced me to get a certain kind of cheese pizza and I said sure why not. Once I get there to pick it up it was ready immediately(10 minutes after I called). I was already skeptical about that. Once I get home I open the box and the pizza is not only cold but tasted old. Like someone had ordered this certain kind, never picked it up and so he pawned it off to me. Great. Thanks. and I didn’t want to go back because it was ugly outside(rainy, cold, traffic) Their delivery is always too long as well. Go for pick up. Check your pizza too.

I don’t care what anyone says. Pizza Hut is my favorite place for pizza. Well, the UK chain Pizza Express is close, but they serve wine, so not a fair comparison. You can take all your yuppie and trendy pizza parlors. I like knowing that no matter where I am, I can get a tasty thin crust pizza with any topping I like at a decent price, and it will ALWAYS be good. This branch makes good pizza, and has wings as well. (Note: I’ve lived in Naples. And no matter what they say, no one in the DC area makes a Napoli pizza. A true Naples pizza is not a fair comparison to a pizza anywhere, so saying Pizza Hut is my favorite is still true.)

My two-star review has nothing to do with the quality of the food, more the quality of people working there. Last night, I ordered two pies for delivery, and one of them arrived correctly, and the other was missing ingredients. So, I called them, and the young girl who answered the phone seemed annoyed she had to do anything other than take an order. I explained the situation to her, and then she transferred me to a manager. No apology or anything like it, just a «hold.» I had to explain everything all over again to the manager, who required considerable convincing I wasn’t trying to get a free pizza off of them. Telling him my confirmation e-mail contained the toppings I requested, and they were absent from the pie, finally sold him I wasn’t a pizza con man. My correct pizza arrived almost an hour later(the other pies arrived much quicker), and the delivery guy was expecting me to pay for it. A little more miffed than I should have been, I explained all this a thid time, and the driver, very apologetically, shook my hand, and said, «Sir, I am so sorry. They don’t tell me anything.» So, good on your underappreciated delivery guy, and the rest of you need some re-training in customer service. We’ll likely keep ordering from them since their thin crust pizzas blow Dominos’ out of the water, but this was rather frustrating. Might try carryout next time as it’s a three minute drive.

Finally, the last of the big pizza chains has arrived in Hay-Gains I’ve gotten takeout from this location twice and both were very plesant experiences. There is absolutly no replacement for pizza hut’s stuffed crust pizza. *drool*

We’ve ordered from the local Pizza Hut a couple times since it arrived recently, and, so far, we’ve been very pleased. Yes, we have tons — and I mean tons! — of pizza places in the area, but our closest Pizza Hut is a good five miles away… and it doesn’t deliver! As someone who has always considered Pizza Hut to be the best of the big chains, I applauded its arrival. Most importantly, the quality of the pizza we’ve picked up so far has been good. Yes, they currently have an absurd deal — $ 8 for any medium, $ 10 for any large — but, price aside, the food is good, and the service has been extremely quick. We’ve been quoted times under 15 minutes during typical dinner rushes, and they’ve been accurate! It’s only a takeout /delivery story, so don’t swing by expecting to sit down or enjoy a lunch buffet. That being said, it’s conveniently located in the main Gainesville-Haymarket strip, and, as I mentioned, it’s good value.(They also have a $ 5 pan pizza-breadsticks-soda lunch deal I’m going to have to try!) Give it a whirl!

I had mixed emotions when I saw the Pizza Hut under construction in Gainesville. I mean, we have a ton of pizza places around here — do we really need another one? My weakness for Pizza Hut is their stuffed crust pizza. I really like the buttery, cheesy goodness of the stuffed crust pizza. So I ordered a large Super Supreme — with banana peppers and bacon added — for pick up. Pizza was ready in less than 20 minutes. Pizza was hot, tasty and delicious! Mmmmmm!!! Stuffed crust!!! Oddly enough, whomever programmed their cash register needs a geography lesson. The address for this Pizza Hut that is printed on the receipt is: «Dallas, TX.» The young lady working the register was nice!
