Absolutely the worst service. I eat at this bk often bc it is close to my work and i like burgers undef $ 2. The burger quality here is usually excellent but it’s so slow. This week, the pie i ate from here gave me food poisoning so badly i had to miss a day of work. At my next visit, got the wrong burger and drink in the drive thru after waiting nearly 15 minutes. Fixed the drink while at the window but didnt know the burger was wrong until i left. I made the trek back, waited inside for another 10 minutes just to have my replacement burger ALSOBEWRONG!!! I asked for a third burger that i had to wait five minutes for, it ended up being soggy and gross, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Ive worked in food service, i know sometimes an order is wrong, it happens, but after this week i might have to find a new burger joint.

Food was the regular bk standards, good temperature. However the cashier seemed lost whenever I presented the free whopper with a drink and fry purchase. She asked several other co-workers who also didn’t know. When she asked the manage, she yelled at us the whole time! Very rude customer service. Will not return!

Brand new building, same old if not worse service. Management seems lost, and understaffed. THEYARESLOW. I have seen people wait 20 minutes for food. One night they even ran out of WHOPPERS!!!

I hardly write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I’ve had my fair shares of the bad experiences here. Just yesterday when I swung by to grab some chicken nuggets and fries because I was sick and just wanted something to nibble on. The nuggets were stale and dry as heck. The previous time(a week ago) I was there for breakfast, my order was semi funky(long story). The previous previous time(months back), my order was missing an item. All these instances happened most recently, but I’ve also had fair shares of bad experiences years back. Like most things, places, and people, I do not expect to be satisfied 100% of the time, but this place has had its chances. If I want BK next time, I will drive my butt to the one in Oakwood.
