I have lived here for the past 3 years of my undergraduate career and moved in as a sophomore and honestly I’m so glad I chose this place. First off, it is very homey. It does have a cabin feel to it ergo the lodge-y ambiance of it all. But the rent is pretty cheap and it is all inclusive. It is also a gated complex so you can feel safe at night. It also has free printing(as long as you have paper), an awesome pool, a gym, and a sauna. I live right next to visitor parking and the bus stop so it has always been very convenient for me. The apartment staff has always been warm and welcoming to me. Every time I walk into the apt office someone is there to help me right away and they have been very understanding for the plethora of times I have lost my card key. They are also very responsive with maintenance issues and it has always been resolved within a day or 2. They also are very respectful when coming into your apartment to take care of issues. Admittedly it’s not perfect here. There are a lot of ants and spiders outside during the summer bc of all the trees. There have also been cockroaches here and there and I promise I don’t leave food in my room. The gate has broken down multiple times but they always fix it quickly. And the bus takes a long time especially bc RTS changed their route recently. Couches are hard and uncomfortable and I wish they had different kitchen tiles. However, all in all, I love living here and wouldn’t have traded it for anything else.
