Child’s is great it’s clean great service very friendly staff like most chili’s. Usually very busy but still highly recommended

I’ve been to this Chili’s a couple times. Most recent was this past Sunday. We had tickets for a movie next door and stopped in here to grab a bite first.
Seated Promptly.
Advised our really nice waitress we needed only two quick appetizers and we need to go catch a movie.
Apps came out quick but more importantly, they were really good.
Of course the nachos… but also the big mouth sliders with fries. Really good.
Waitress was veryattentive.
We were pleased!

The food is ridiculously salty! Typical chain restaurant taste. Never had to wait for a table. Endless enchiladas was a strange concept but they were acceptable.

Definitely a go to for good food at very reasonable prices. Plus unlimited chips and salsa for one price is nice as well. Love the hand crafted burgers and the side of pickles!

It’s okay food and okay drinks. Hence the here star. The staff is okay as well. Nothing superb or dwarfing four stars. You know what you are getting. I come for the chips and salsa. They are the best! Seriously! The best people! Grab a margarita while you are here and enjoy it! They updated and have some fresh tables now. I am sure I will be back for HH and chips.

Went with a few friends Saturday night. I got the sweet n smoky burger while my other friends got a couple of burgers and a sirloin. We all agreed that our food was delicious. My burger was seasoned just right and it was nice and juicy. I tried a piece of the sirloin and it was very flavorful and cooked medium. Iim giving this 4 stars because the fries seemed old and the server wasn’t around much but then again we were in during the rush. I will be back next time I’m in the area.

Horrible food! I ordered the 6oz steak with avocado — steak was blah. and toygh to cut and half of my plate was salad thrown on there and about 20 steamed nasty cherry tomatoes… my waiter apparently hated his job too… won’t go back!

I used to go to the chilies in Manassas & never left happy. Their food was always mediocre & my service always seemed to be lacking. So when my fiancé & I decided to go to this chilies I was a little unnerved. We waited to be seated at a 2 top & I told my waiter I was on a 2 hour crunch BC of work.
My fiancé & I are well into our twenties but I look like I am 12 (must be the Asian in me) so we get treated like teenagers almost everywhere we go. It’s really annoying BC we are 30% tippers seeing as how I work at a restaurant now & understand the hard work. However, our waiter (I forgot his name, but he was a young black man w a beautiful smile) never treated us like that. He was so good & so accommodating. My fiancé is the worst about his waters… He always chugs them like he’ll never have water again. That waiter was two steps ahead of him ALWAYS.
We got an appetizer mix (so delicious) & each entrees. He had a burger & I had the fajitas. Then we got the cookie skillet dessert. It was all so amazing & flavorful! I was amazed that chilies was so good after just okay food at the Manassas location. Needless to say, we tipped him 70%. He was that good & we were excited to be treated like real customers & we were so full & happy from the food!
Now we are regulars. I really need to remember this guy’s name. There is another bartender we like too that is short & has dark hair. But regardless, we’ve never had bad service there from anyone & we go probably once a week, sometimes more.

I can’t remember the last time that I went into a packed Chilis! This place was ridiculously packed!!! Happy faces every where except for the poor waiters whom were very stressed!
Unfortunately, I have a cold right now and cannot review on the dishes however their staff did a good job. Except for the fact that I was coughing my lungs up and didn’t have a drink in front of me until 20 minute AFTER I asked for my hot tea.
Our waitress Veronica was very sweet.
I would recommend this place to others.

Poor checkout experience. This was our first time back to this location since the remodel. Service started out great, greeted by a friendly host and server. Server was attentive, brought our drinks and took our order. The food arrived and was the usual Chili’s chain style and with little flavor.
All was as expected until it came to pay our bill. The server asked if we were paying with cash or credit card. I informed her that I was paying with a credit card. She explained that I could pay with the Zoisk terminal at our table. I told her no, I would prefer that she process the sale and I’m not comfortable with the wireless security of the terminal. She understood, and left with my credit card. After almost 15 minutes she had not returned. I called over someone who I think was a Manger and explained the situation. She immediately returned with my credit card and slip to sign, and told me the server was delayed in taking care of another party… really?
My question is this: Since these terminals are a newer corporate initiative, I’m sure to generate additional revenue and reduce costs. Are the servers told to delay the transaction time for customer who don’t use the terminals, so when and if they return they will use them next time? Which resulted in turning this into a poor dining experience.

Just another mediocre chain restaurant. Ordered ribs and enchiladas for carryout. Ribs were just OK. Kind of dry. Isn’t this supposed to be one of the signature dishes? Unfortunately they didn’t include any extra sauce to help them out. And the broccoli that came with them… I’ve had better on an airplane. Surprisingly their mashed potatoes were pretty good. The enchiladas were maybe a step or two above something you would nuke at home. And again, no accompaniments, not even sour cream. The bright spot was the employee who brought the order out to my car; personable and friendly, so I give them credit for that.
Otherwise, just another «meh» experience in an area that’s overloaded with «meh» restaurants.

Seriously? Out of baby back ribs? We came here for ribs and they are out. Poor management apparently.

Not happening. Just the whole experience was blah. The service was ok. The food took along time to arrive. When it did arrive, it was heavy in butter. Just not feeling it.
I mean for a family of four (two kids). We did the 2 for 20 deal, and the other two items were 9 a piece. We got three beers at happy hour prices and it was still $ 65+ out the door. There are plenty of other options around here then this.
Don’t use the electronic bill pay that you can do at the table and avoid any interaction with the wait staff. The system includes tax, when factoring the tip, which from what I read goes against edict.
Won’t be back.

Another one of my favorite restaurants when I’m looking to splurge on my calories. The food is terrific and the kids love it. Wait staff is ver friendly and paying your check is super easy right at your table! Oh, and don’t forget about the chocolate molten cake… to die for!

2 friends and I dined here for dinner tonight. The food was pretty good (other than my beans and rice being cold). The waiter was only ok he didn’t really seem like he wanted to be there. He never once came by to make sure our food was ok. But the young man that dropped the food off at our table was very pleasant and even asked if we needed anything. Wish he was our waiter from the beginning Overall the food was good but service needed some help.

Not very good. Silverware we were given wrapped in a napkin had food on it so that wasn’t good. The server did not think it was a big deal. I shared fajitas with my wife and they only bring 3 tortillas — no way that is enough. But we asked for more and the server must have forgotten because it was a good 10 minutes we sat there not eating. Then another big gap from the last time the server came back so we just asked for boxes and the check to get out of there. The food was ok

Usually Chili’s is a go-​to for being reliable and good but was super disappointed. Food took over 20 mins before it came out and when the nachos came out overcooked we sent them back. Manager came out to apologize and said food shouldn’t have taken that long (and our drinks were empty as well) and that he would take care of us and comp our dinner. 15 mins later and still no nachos, still need a refill and haven’t seen manager since. Sad that manager couldn’t even manage to be around when we couldn’t wait any longer for our food to come out.

I keep forgetting to post how great the management is at Chili’s. Talk about Customer Service at its finest.
The food was good as expected…
While my son and I were dining, a table behind us had an ill child which continuously coughed. The little boy ended up coughing so hard he was dry heaving. They attempted to take him to the bathroom and did not make it in time. He ended up blowing chunks right in front of us and by our table! EEKKK
The assistant manager and manager both came by and apologized which is out of their control and not their fault. They ended up comping our dinner.
Kudos to the management at Chili’s for being super-​nice!

This is my favorite place to eat before or after a show at JLL, which is just right down the road. The food is delicious, the service is great and your order comes out quickly. The Jalapeño Smokehouse Bacon Burger is a-​maze-​ing and the nachos are also great. The margaritas are generous and serve as a nice compliment to the spicy food here. Love this place!

Meh, this place isn’t stellar by any means. Came here on a Saturday night with friends and the place was packed. We ended up sitting right by the door, which was slightly annoying. Food came out after awhile, waiter wasn’t really paying attention to refilling drinks. He was pleasant, but there was no personality, at all. We were seated SO incredibly close to the table behind us, it was hard to even get into my seat!
Ordered the appetizer trio as my entrée since I can be pretty indecisive choosing a single entrée. The trio was SO small. There is no way this could have been shared between 2+ people as an appetizer! It didn’t even fill me up and just lacked flavor. The sliders had bacon which was NOT listed in the menu. Mozza sticks were kinda cold.
With 20% tip and tax, my meal came out to $ 20. Could’ve gone to Chipotle across the street for half the price, half the time, and more filling.
