not so good, never any help at the counter. the last time i was there, the guy completely looked past me and asked if the young pretty girl behind me was being helped…

The Print and Go service is downright awful. I’ve tried using it twice now. The first time it wouldn’t print my Word documents so the manager said to send my docs to the store email. I did even though it was NOT convenient for me to go back home, attach the doc to an email and send. Hours later I went back to the store and they claimed they never received the email. So I showed them my confirmation code and after some digging they found it. I was then reprimanded for sending it to their email since that «isn’t their preferred method of printing.» Ummmm your manager told me to do it– don’t offer the service if it’s not something you want the customer to do.
The icing on the cake? They told me to use their new Print and Go service which is «fast, easy, and convenient!!» You can only imagine my reaction to that scripted spiel.
Today I decided to give it another shot. What a mistake. I entered my retrieval code which generated the preview of my document and hit print. It then printed an error code after charging me. I took it to the front and the dimwit asked me a bunch of questions that did not pertain to solving the problem. She asked me to do it again and I said I didn’t want to be charged again which she didn’t seem to understand. We tried once more and it printed the same error code. Manager came over and gave me the same rigamarole as before about sending it to their email. Ummm no I am not sending this to your email again so I can get it 6 hours later when I need it now.
Oh and the manager is very confrontational and not helpful.
I will not be returning.

The service was so fast and friendly. No hassle. Got out in less than 5 minutes to ship an item. I would recommend it is the best place in Gainesville for shipping.

The people working at this store are not personable or helpful whatsoever. After waiting 15 minutes, they finally helped me. Their rates are ridiculous — a 0.4 lb package was $ 12 to ship at a regular (non-​expedited) rate. Never going here again.

We needed to print our tickets to the Gator game. After swiping the credit card, it took 2 minutes and 43 to even get to the internet, at $ 0.30 cents a minute. Each time I had to click it delayed even more.
I went to tell the clerk, his response was that they are unable to control the speed of the internet. Well when you are paying $ 0.30/minute for internet use, the speed should be somewhat quicker than dial up.

Don’t use their Fedex app if you’re in a hurry… took over an hour to get a call back to find out they didn’t have the labels needed to print my order. When I went in to the store to pick up the order, one employee was helping a customer while another was talking to a friend. That one decided to clock out and carry on his conversation in the parking lot while I waited 10 minutes for the other employee to finish up with the customer. I was given the print job for free, but was late to my appointment and had to tape the paper copy onto the product. FedEx Office App now deleted on my phone.

I was Mislead and poorly communicated on my visit. I printed 9 pages (cost was $ 5 and change) but only one printed, so I notified staff. Her first statement off the bat was, did you print out a receipt? I knew where she was headed with that statement, but the last thing you go looking for on the computer when you’re being charged by the minute is a «print receipt option.» I naturally just logged off, and she told me she cannot do anything about it unless I had a receipt. So I decided to check the printer out, and sure enough it was out of paper. And wah-​la. Out came my prints. She was quick to give me the worst outcome before actually trying to help her customer out. And even if there was a Printing issue, I would’ve lost $ 5?
Then another gentleman told me that ground shipping would be the cheaper option for me, so I trusted him instead of going with the flat rate express option of $ 7.75. After I put my envelope together (envelope costs $ 1.69) and was rung up, the lady tells me it will be $ 8.24. I get it’s not much of a difference, but with flat rate you’re guaranteed «express» delivery. With ground, it «should arrive within 1 – 2 business days.»
At least they disappoint you with a smile on their face. They do have all the services you’re looking for, just watch out for all the subtle catches.

This Kinko’s smells sooo good… like that new paper and fresh ink smell… you know what I mean. I guess I haven’t had to copy something at kinko’s in a while, but the machines nowadays are so pimped out! I was able to make copies of a huge stack of papers, double sided, without messing up!
