I live in New Mexico and have travelled to Gainesville, Fl twice for Qigong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu workshops at the Flowing Zen studio.
My first trip was to learn Qigong (Chi Kung) to help me overcome some health problems. A year later I returned to retake the Qigong workshop and for an hour of private Kung Fu instruction. Last year I returned for workshops by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit in Tai Chi Chuan and other internal arts.
I like Sifu Anthony’s style of teaching. It’s cost effective for me, even though I have to travel a long way, because I learn enough in one visit to practice on my own for the rest of the year.
I envy Gainesville locals for having such an awesome resource. I have seriously considered relocating to Gainesville for the sole purpose of being able to attend weekly.
