Go Go Stuff Yourself

On two separate occasions I have ordered a half order here and have been met by an astounding «no». On the second try I even unnecessarily explained that I enjoy eating something from every truck and only have so much room in my belly. Uh ah. That’s fine. So in the past year I have just sauntered on by their truck not even glancing their way. I mean, every truck owner will change out meat or a topping or whatever the customer needs.
So on a recent visit when another gentleman there showered me with compliments as I walked by and even engaged in conversation, I was tempted. Should I? You know what they say about three strikes. Well, I took another chance. He actually said sure but then had to confer with another gentleman there. But it was all good as I walked away with my fish taco. And what an incredible fish taco it was! Lightly fried sans any grease, a generous portion of white fish with the crunch factor of slaw and chili sauce for some heat. After 3 plates at other trucks this was just the right amount I needed to complete my day!
I’m so happy I’ve found a new food truck and I’m hoping they’re as happy that they have a new customer.
