Monsta Lobsta

The Lobsta Roll at this good truck is amazing. The clam chowder has nice size clams in it. They usually have it when it is cool out. They always have the lobster bisque with is pretty good. On of my favorite is the spicy lobster roll smothered in lobster bisque.

The lobster rolls are seriously tasty! These are a little pricey but worth it! I’ve been to other lobster trucks before, but Monsta Lobsta has the biggest portions and you get the most meat for your dollar!

Had their lobster rolls when they came out to the Gator baseball game. Amazing. Tons of meat, big, toasted roll and for the price, well worth the value!

If you’re a lover of lobster or crab then this is where you need to eat. Actually, that’s the beginning and the end of their menu! That’s all they need to serve because they have the best lobster roll on wheels in central Florida.
Their roll has no fillers and no dressing at all. Just fresh lobster meat. For me though I enjoy a bit of mayo or something wet as I need something to hold it all together. No fear! In comes their killer lobster bisque. Ask for your roll «smothered» and you’ll have the best of both worlds. It’s rich, delish and oh my goodness filling. You get a bang for your buck and if you can’t get enough, they have not 1 but 2 trucks! It’s not unusual to see them in a city one day and another city the next. Or both trucks at 2 different rally’s in the same city. They’re like Mighty Mouse… they’re everywhere, they’re everywhere!

Tried this yesterday at the OG food truck rally ordered a lobster bisque sandwhich it was very different from conventional lobster ! Cool cuisine idea
