McDonald’s

This is McDonald’s after all, so I do not normally go to them. I can say that I will never be returning for more reasons than just because their food is gross. The staff is very rude and I was even yelled at in the drive thru. I can understand having a bad day but this is the 2^nd time that they have snapped at me. I had said my order & got no response whatsoever after she had asked what I wanted, the young lady came back after about 4 minutes & asked what she could get me. I asked if I needed to repeat my order or if she received it the first time & she then proceeded to snap my head off telling me I never said anything. So. long store short… just don’t go to this one.

I come here for breakfast a lot and the hashbrowns are good.
Honestly it tooks forever to get my orders. Sometimes it they forget my order and I have go back and constantly demand my order. Only when theres a few people in, it still takes forever to get the order out
If there was another McDonalds with a staff that was more attentive to its customers, I would definitely go.

I don’t know who wrote the previous reviews, but clearly they are mistaking this McDonald’s with a different place. It’s McDonald’s!!! So there is so much to love about it! An amazing store, with great crew. Their food is always fresh and their great customer service always makes my day better. I’m LOVIN it :)

I came into this McDonald’s and left with all my expectations fully exceeded. On this occasion I came in and they were giving samples of their new Mighty Wings. It was absolutely delicious, I went to buy a burger and left with wings to watch the UF football game! The store was fast, accurate and staff was friendly; not to mention it was conveniently located right of I-​75. One Phrase, «I’ll Be Back!»

Remember we are talking about McDonald’s.
The food is good only if you have to eat it or need something fast.
The restaurant itself is very clean. The staff can be rude and don’t like it if you tell them that they are out of something or if something doesn’t work.
Basically clean place but still is McDonalds.

Cold hamburgers and fries made for a very unpleasent visit. For the second weekend in a row my wife, our son and I attempted to have a family convergence at our local McDonalds. The cashiers were upbeat and welcoming (I believe the one who took my order was Caitlin). The last thing set on my tray were the fries. As I went to lift the tray I became aware that the fries were room tempature. I told the supervisor who had set them on the tray. He then proceeded to test them by placing his bare palm on them. He agreed and offered to «zap them in the microwave». I told him no I wanted something a little fresher than that. He then told me that wasn’t possible that to control cost they only made fries at certain times throught out the day. By now my son was restless for his meal so I walked away in disgust. As we tried to salvage the meal I notice not only was all the food cold but a crust had formed on the outside of your angus burger. I returned to the counter to complain relizing it was in vain but wanting to vent over the loss of my twenty dollars. I was informed the supervisor was unavailable. I should have gotten the gentlemans name but in my disgust I left instead. We went to the new wendys just a block away and had the inviting pleasent experience we had hope McDonalds could have provided us.
