I do have some complains about this place. Went here on 11/14/2015 and the service and the food was bad. Ok the reason I went here was that one of my friends told me that they had the best wings in be city, do I had to try, but the wings was not cooked all the way, u can see blood between the bone and the chicken, they did had a stage, full bar and a pool table. The food was cheap but it’s not worth getting sick for. It was the worst place I had chicken wings at. Wouldn’t go again.

My wife, and I just went Saturday to see an Allman Bros tribute band. Reserved a booth for 25.00.Menu was typical bar fare, and not bad. The hand cut cheesesticks are very good. The server was border line rude, we had a wobbly table, and every time we moved it spilled my wife’s Yuengling draft. I asked for more napkins, and the server thought I wanted her to shove them under the leg. I explained, and she walked off saying«Oh well». Service could be better, she still got a 15.00 tip. The band wasgreat.

I’m from out of town and wanted to find a place near my sister’s dorm at Breanu. It was her 21st bday and I wanted to have some fun while we were waiting for midnight to celebrate with drinks. The karaōke was perfect for that because it allowed us to come in before she was 21 and her underage friends(19&20) could come have fun too. I liked the atmosphere of the place. The bartender the helped us was very sweet and attentive. The energy was fun with the karaōke and the town regulars. Defiantly a good place to drink and hangout.

The music is good at least. Mule Camp Tavern is a dive. Let’s just be frank and get that out of the way. You have to go in with an expectation that you’re not in for a top tier establishment. That said, as dives go it’s not so bad. The bartender knows his stuff and they tend to pick pretty good live acts. They even had an awesome open mic night for a while, but they foolishly shut it down — a critical mistake in my book. Anyway, I doubt I’ll be back any time soon. It’s pricey for a dive, even if the barkeep can mix a good drink and my wheelchair couldn’t fit into the lavatory. Would not recommend. 2⁄5

I would love to give a full review of this establishment, but we didn’t even get the chance to sit down. In spite of their«come as you are» invitation on Facebook, we were turned away at the door because of their ” dress code”. My husband was wearing a sleeveless T-shirt(oh the scandal)! NOT a tank top. This was lunch time at a BAR for heavens sake! Lunchtime on a Saturday, the place was EMPTY and we get turned away. Needless to say we won’t be going back. We had a very nice lunch at Mellow Mushroom, dropped about fifty bucks for lunch, drinks and tip. Nice way to lose business. I find this especially insulting after reading the review about fights breaking out in this place. Maybe someone criticized the suit and tie of one of the patrons? No white linen table cloths here, just a bar in the armpit of Gainesville. Maybe there is something I’m missing?
