I’ll say 3.5 stars. They usually have what I need in stock. If not they can see if another store in the area has it or order it. Their printing services are pretty fast as far as turnaround time but a little pricey compared to Staples. The staff is friendly but they do seem to be understaffed as far as needing assistance with tech questions for computers, printers, projectors, etc. They do have good sales often so that makes them competitive with pricing.

I went looking for several computer supplies. I was never asked if I wanted any help with the laptops. Their floor customer service is atrocious.
At least the cashier was nice and she apologized for the poor service on the floor and by the laptops. I ended up picking up a few things that were in stock and searching for another computer store.
