Pink Narcissus

Finally a Lilly store in Gainesville! My daughter and I stopped in to check out the merchandise and all the young ladies there were friendly and helpful; they knew the products so well. Molly (the manager) made sure my daughter could find the size she needed. The next day, she changed her mind on the pattern and decided to exchange the shorts for a different pair. No problem! I found out this store is independently owned and so if I bought something Lilly at a corporate store I should return it to a corporate store. Boutiques like this are not like WalMart!

Terrible terrible customer service for a Lilly store. The manager refused to allow me to swap my 3 Christmas dresses I received for a different size. I didn’t even was a refund just a different size. I also received a $ 500 gift card that I intended to spend more money at this local store. Given that I’m alum and Greek from UF I’ll be sure to share the experience and how terrible the store manager is. Such a shame… Called Pink Palm and they said no problem at all being I was only swapping sizes. This store manager should remember that she isn’t the only store that sell this product and people can take their money elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised! I was honestly prepared for not the best experience when I went in this store for my first time. I work in the beauty industry so for work I always have to be put together, nails done, hair done, make-​up perfect, and updated fashion trends. I love it, but sometimes on my day off in my hometown (which are few and far between) I go out looking like a bum. I know it’s awful, but it’s yoga pants, sweat jacket, hair in a ponytail, no make-​up, and a hat. That being said, sometimes when I go out like that, I do not get the best treatment in stores. Which is ridiculous, people should not judge a book by its cover! But I judged before walking in.
I was prepared for the looks and not getting anyone to help which happens at quite a few stores when I go out like that. But I was shocked when I went in. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and told if I needed anything just to ask. They were actually really busy due to a big sale they were having (BONUS FOR ME… A SALE DAY!). I found some great dresses and shirts as well as a few gifts for friends that had birthdays coming up. The dressing rooms had a line (all the college students had just come back and were flooding the store with their parents). They were also a little short staffed but continued to come by and chat with me and everyone else in the store while keeping things moving as quickly as they could. I found some great stuff, 1 item that I wanted wasn’t in my size so when I was checking out she offered to find me a size and have it shipped. Perfect! The crowd had filtered out by this point so we chatted for a bit while she rang me up and searched for the shirt I was looking for. I was so impressed with the level of service that not only I got but everyone in the store got (again, they were shorthanded). About a week later I was out of town for work and got a call from the same girl (I believe she is the manager) and she left a message that she was unable to locate the shirt I pre-​paid for (it went like hotcakes!), she told me to call back and she would give me a refund or store credit. I called, she answered and she actually remembered me and our conversation when I was in the store, that’s impressive! She was so nice, apologized for not being able to get me the shirt but chatted with me like I was an old friend. THAT is customer service! I’m in sales so it is a very big deal to me to get proper customer service and have someone be able to sell me (show me things, try and talk me into something that would suit me). She won my business, hands down. The way she dealt with a store full of people and didn’t show the slightest hint of feeling under pressure and was so polite when I first met her already had me won over, but then she remembered me on the phone and asked how my travels were going. It’s very refreshing to see that there is a high level of skill and service in this boutique, and frankly I feel like a bit of a jerk for assuming that I wouldn’t have a great experience the day I walked in. I will see you all again soon, I get sooo many compliments on the dresses and tops I got here!

Went in with my mom sales lady was very helpful. The bag my mom wanted was sold out and the sales lady kindly ordered it for her. The store called when it arrived and we just picked it up. The bag is this gorgeous creamish clutch with a sliver rivet detail along the border of the flap. It was a steal for the price great quality. The store has nice accessories as well. I wrote a review about a poor experience I had at this store about a month ago.
Recently, I was contacted by the store manager with an honest apology and a promise that the staff had been spoken to.
I have had many horrible experiences in customer service and even in the most extreme case, when I had been called a derogatory word in a language the sales woman didn’t think I understood, I had never received an apology.
It is so rare today for a manager or even a staff member to take that kind of initiative and this really tells me that they care about their customers.
My second visit was much better. The staff was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be a returning customer.

LOVE this store!!! First off the selection is amazing. I want everything in the store. Not only that but the staff is fabulous. Andrea, the manager, has always been so kind when I go and makes sure that everyone is taken care of. I’m so impressed and so happy that they have come to town!!!

This store is great! They have great selection of clothes and accessories. I’ve been several times now and have always had a great experience with the staff. Their style suggestions are always on point and they’re extremely friendly and helpful. Will def be back again and again!
