Sorry to say, but this place is gross. We order a stuff crust pizza, it hardly had any sauce or cheese. The ceiling is coming down, how is that safe for customers or the employees. Just unexceptable.

First let me say Pizza Hut Stuff Crust amazing. Probably one of the only reasons people still buy pizza here and pay astronomical prices for it. I mean seriously?! $ 50 to feed a family of 4? You can go to a NICE pizza joint for less. Pizza Hut you guys are a little too proud of your food and its painfully obvious.

This place is horrible , the manager Moe, well she is a liar and rude, food was cold and service was awful, this place needs a serious change, watch out they will try to have you pay twice, I would not recommend this place any longer, it used to be a good place for family with good food, now its just awful and vulgar

I was in the mood for salad, but my family wanted pizza, so we thought Pizza Hut would be an option to please everyone. It turns out they have discontinued the Creamy Italian dressing! What Italian eatery offers only Ranch or Caesar dressing? We should have known we were making a mistake when we pulled up to a nearly empty parking lot, at lunchtime on a Sunday. But we are optimists, so we went in. Someone yelled from the back for us to seat ourselves, so we chose one of the many empty tables. It was a cold day, so we wanted to sit by the window. We chose a booth, but one of our party had to wipe crumbs out of the seat. The waitress was friendly when she came, but explained that they no longer offer the salad bar(a major disappointment) and that they were actually in the process of phasing out the dine-in option completely. It seems they are going to a «carry-out/delivery» style. I guess that explains it… The food was not bad,(greasy as usual, but at least the cheese was melted completely and nothing was burned), and other than some clumsiness on the part of the waitress, there were no other huge negatives. Going to Pizza Hut used to be a treat. Their sauce had a taste all its own, the service was friendly and enthusiastic, and the atmosphere energetic and fun. This was depressing – one of our party put it best: like they’ve given up. Sad :(

I am not sure if they have changed chefs, but the pizza is not as good to me as originally reviewed.

Sorry, I would hardly call anything from the Pepsico chain stores offerings«chef» induced as I have eaten at this location on limited occasions with friends and business clients; I detected no difference from this Pizza Hut locations kitchen to any other Pizza Hut location I have ever eaten in; the truth is it remains a chain in every way from the bland and processed flavors of their menu to the common chain surroundings. It’s a star up from the likes of Domi*** offerings but hardly surprising. Just remember, there are REAL Pizzas and True Italian offerings in and around Gainesville; one just has to Unilocal to find them!
